Bill Placke

Bill Placke has more than 25 years experience in international technology and Multi-System Operators in the US and Europe. Bill has been a C-suite executive team for three venture-backed technology companies that achieved positive return exits for the venture capital funds. Most recently, Bill was EVP of Corporate Development at venture-backed SaaS and Cloud company StratusWorX that was sold to Ericsson, Inc. in August 2020. At Liberty Global, Inc. he led ILEC and CLEC roll-ups across Eastern and Western Europe and was part of the Investments Committee. Bill began his career in New York working as a Corporate attorney focusing on venture capital and IPOs for Roberts, Sheridan & Kotel (now Dickstein, Shapiro) before joining the cross-border mergers and acquisition and venture capital practice in Amsterdam and London of global law firm Clifford Chance. Bill is member of the Board of ToughBuilt Industries (Nasdaq: TBLT) and Chairman of the Compensation Committee and has served on the Board and Observer for companies across Europe and the US. Bill holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Diploma in European Union Law from King's College London. Prior to that Bill was an EVP at venture backed Console Connect that was sold to PCCW in 2016. Immediately prior to Console, Bill was an EVP for Digital Globe Services that achieved a substantially oversubscribed IPO in 2014. Chris Martin - CEO, Founder

Chris Martin has over 25+ years of entrepreneurial telecom infrastructure development experience, developing and selling assets in the United States, Latin America and across the globe. Most notably, Chris was a founder of BlueBird Network a US-based carrier that was sold at more than 20X investor returns. Chris has more than two decades experience in infrastructure projects in Latin America. In 2019, Chris worked closely with the exit team and successfully sold BlueBird Network to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.

Clay Robbins - CFO

With over 25 years of financial and management experience in real estate, hospitality, and shared services, Clay is the CFO of GlenMartin and oversees the financial, accounting, and administrative affairs of GlenMartin's investments and related companies including Ketsali International. Clay has held senior positions at firms including Howard Hughes Corporation, RealFoundations, Blue Mesa Restaurants, and Metromedia Restaurant Group. Clay has a Bachelor of Science with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. He holds a Certificate of Public Accounting in the State of Texas.

Tatum Martin

Tatum Martin has built an estimated 12,000 wireless sites throughout Africa, Asia, the Middle East, North America, Central America, and South America. Tatum's efforts have included capital raises, acquisitions, new site development, tower evaluations and portfolio tower sales. Presently Tatum Martin manages multiple LATAM BTS companies with over 700 towers under management all organically built.
