Adam started working at GlassMasters in 2017. He has worked as the Branch Manager for multiple locations in the Northern Alberta region, before taking over as Regional Manager in the summer of 2020. He is a demonstrable team player, who eagerly helps out when asked, and Is always looking for ways to improve the day-to-day experiences of his customers and staff. Adam is actively involved in the community, a Minor League Hockey coach in his spare time and of course, a fan of the Edmonton Oilers. When not trying to tutor the next Messier or McDavid, he loves working out, travelling and sitting down with a good book next to a campfire.
Andrew has been with GlassMasters since 2018. Efficient and meticulous, He is one of Edmonton's resident ADAS calibration experts and Assistant Manager of our West Edmonton Location. A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, when not watching the game, he's riding his motorcycle around town, or to one of Edmonton's many Car meets.
Azel has been with Glassmasters since Sept 2021. Stepping into a challenging role as our Senior Accountant, Azel has already proven herself as a valuable part of our team here at GlassMasters. A friendly and cheerful disposition, along with a resilience to the stress of daily challenges are tools she uses find ways to say yes! Azel cheers for the San Antonio Spurs, and when she isn't watching the game, shes probably home watching Netflix, dreaming of her next trip to Disney World. She intends to visit every Disney park in the world one day.
Azim has been with GlassMasters since 2013. His exceptional customer service skills are apparent the minute you walk into his store, or when he answers the phone. His customer-centric, positive and genuine approach to dealing with issues that arise makes him a valuable member of our team. Ownership and accountability are key factors that stand out when you deal with Azim. He cheers for the Chicago Bulls, (but only in the '90s). On his time off he enjoys reading a good book, painting, writing poetry and weight-lifting.
Bryan has been with GlassMasters since 2007. Bryan is a living legend in the auto glass world. There is nothing outside of his skillset. He's never thinking about himself and always patiently guiding those around him. Bryan has unloaded shipping containers in -40C weather, worked from sunrise to sunset counting inventory, drove to the middle of nowhere to fix a customer's windshield, plowed snow in the early morning so the rest of the crew could get into the shop. On top of that, he is simply put, one of the best auto glass technicians in existence. Bryan is genuine, loyal, always positive and an exceptional role model for all of us here at GlassMasters. Bryan loves spending time with his family, photography and airshows, watching NASCAR races, collecting Memorabilia, PC gaming and playing with RC cars.
Bryce has been with GlassMasters since 2014. A natural leader, Bryce inspires those around him with his charisma, integrity and work ethic. Always cheerful and a lot of fun to interact with for both customers and coworkers alike, he embodies our guiding principles, especially "We work hard and have fun doing it". A fan of the Calgary Flames, if he isn't watching a game, he's probably causing a ruckus somewhere, so keep an eye out.
Chris has been with GlassMasters since 2011. Personable and friendly, on any given day you will find Chris somewhere in southern Alberta pushing hard for sales and connections to help us grow our business. He's no shark though! Chris plays the long game, going above and beyond for his customers, he builds trust and reciprocity by always staying accountable, and showing ownership over everything he touches at GlassMasters. A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, when he isn't fighting the remote from his three children to watch the game, he likes to Golf, ride motorcycles and get outdoors camping. Chris stands for his community and his country, volunteering his time as a Firefighter in Penhold Alberta. Our Hats go off to him!
Danielle has been with GlassMasters since 2021. Hardworking and Driven, although She's new to GlassMasters, She's not new to Auto Glass in the Red Deer Market. After nearly a decade of experience selling windshields Danielle is an expert in customer service. Integrity and honesty are what you will find if you deal with her. In her time off Danielle likes to spend time with family and friends, go hiking, and take road trips with no specific destination.
Darek has been with GlassMasters since 2007. Always keeping his outlook positive, Darek is unflappable in his resolve and resilient to challenges when it comes to his leadership skills. This is likely due to his open minded nature - He's always solution seeking! A fan of the Formula 1 Redbull team, if he's not watching a race, you'll find home gaming, playing guitar or travelling out to somewhere with great mountain biking trails.
Gregg has been with GlassMasters since 2007. A true team player, Gregg is a constant source of encouragement and advice to all of us here at GlassMasters. Our resident poet, we all look forward to Friday, when he never fails to delight with a few humorous lines. A shepherd of lost dollars, Gregg is in charge of all receivables in the company, so if he's looking for you, he's looking to get paid! While his friendly demeanour might get you to drop your guard, his attention to detail and sheer stick-to-itiveness will drive the win home for our team. Gregg is a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, loves to play guitar, ride his motorcycle, and go "glamping", which is a lot like camping, only more glamourous.

Jamie started working at GlassMasters in 2008. Highly respected by GlassMasters management and staff, Jamie leads by example and sets the benchmark for great customer service. His 20 years of experience in the auto glass industry have endowed him the instincts, best practices and work ethic he imparts on the rest of the company, every day. This makes him an integral part of building and maintaining account relations for GlassMasters across the prairies. A Consummate professional and an expert in solution-seeking - Jamie finds ways to say yes!
Starting every day before the sun rises, he gets work done early! This leaves plenty of time for his favourite activities: Camping, Kayaking, walking his labrador "Moose", and spending time with his family.
Jared has been with GlassMasters since 2018. Honest and hardworking, He lives by our Guiding Principles for Ownership and Positivity. Jared's dedication to his craft is apparent in his workmanship and how he conducts himself on a daily basis. A fan of the LA Lakers, when he isn't watching sports, you'll find him out having drinks with friends, or home playing video games.
Jesse has been with GlassMasters since 2019. Always striving to do more, Jesse has done work for our wholesaling division ARG, as well as HR duties and purchasing/tracking of inventory trends. He loves to learn new things! Jesse is friendly, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand, where ever he might be needed. Capable and armed with an intrinsic knowledge of how we do things here at GlassMasters, Jesses insight and involvement are essential to the way we do business. Our resident Cricket fan, Jesse cheers for the Sydney Sixes. When he isn't waiting until 3am to watch a game live, he likes hockey, travelling and spikeball.

Jessica has been with GlassMasters since March 2021. Jessica might be new to the auto glass world, but to her, great customer service is an old bag of tricks! Always friendly, cheerful and compassionate, Jessica is a great fit at GlassMasters, keeping Jim and Derek out of trouble!
A lover of animals of all shapes and sizes, Jessica loves to go riding with her horse, Jack. She also has three dogs and two cats, a regular Dr. Dolittle! If you don't find her with one of her furry companions on her time off, you'll find her spending time outdoors or watching the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Joe has been with GlassMasters since 2017. His talent inspiring those around him, and his great decision-making skills are due to his great commitment to his staff and customers, and his passion for auto glass and everything we do, every day. Friendly and approachable, Joe and his staff are always ready to serve. Joe is a fan of the Detroit Red Wings and likes to play with dogs, hit the mountain to snowboard and when the weather isn't the greatest, stay inside and play video games.

Josh has been with GlassMasters since 2012. Friendly and approachable, Josh is always willing to help everyone he works with. Rather than play a blame game, he offers real solutions and engages with problems that arise in a detail oriented, calm and collected manner. Always willing to try something new, and never one to shy away from a challenge, Josh moved into a new role as our Accountant in 2020. (What a year to make that transition!) A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, when he isn't watching hockey, he's probably playing it. Off the ice he likes to cook and travel.
Kevin has been with GlassMasters since 2014. Always professional, patient and positive, Kevin is a powerhouse in the glass industry. An experienced and talented installer, he recently put down his tools and started picking up the phone working the front end of our Red Deer store as an assistant Manager. Not a fan of sports, Kevin prefers to spend his time on his computer, where he's probably working on game development or tinkering with his 3D printer.
Kody has been with GlassMasters since 2019. An eye for detail and a "quality comes first" attitude towards the work happening in his shop is what sets Kody apart, and is a big factor in what makes him an excellent Shop Foreman. He is always the first to crack a joke and smile, bringing camaraderie to his staff and customers. A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, New York Giants and L.A. Lakers, when Kody isn't watching sports you'll find him taking a jog, cooking or relaxing with a video game.
Kyle has been with GlassMasters since 2022. An experienced leader, this is Kyles second time working on the GlassMasters team - He Managed two other stores between 2016 and 2018. Accountability is important to Kyle, and forms the bedrock of his ethos on teamwork and team building. A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, if he isn't watching the hockey game, he's probably coaching one. Besides being a huge sports fan, Kyle loves to travel and spend time with family.

Mark has been with GlassMasters since 2015. If his charm doesn't work on you, his sense of humour sure will! Caring, Conscientious and a lot of fun, Mark is a Cornerstone of success to our Companies Southern Alberta Region, in Airdrie, Calgary and Lethbridge. Excellent leadership skills and a calm, collected demeanour ensure that every customer walking out of his door is happier and more confident than when they came in. A fan of the Detroit Lions, when Mark isn't watching football, he's either playing golf, riding his dirt bike or working on projects around the house.
Nick has been with GlassMasters since 2022. Friendly and cheerful, Nick is always willing to search high and low for ways to say yes to his customers. A stickler for the details, he might not sweat the small stuff, but it doesn't pass by undetected either! A fan of the Philadelphia Flyers, when he's not watching the game, he's probably enjoying a home cooked meal or playing a quick game at the nearest curling rink.
Nixon has been with GlassMasters since 2019. Nixon has been an excellent addition to our team in Lethbridge. Always optimistic and patient, he strives to give great customer service and improve the mood of everyone around him. His value of Integrity and teamwork make him a perfect fit here at GlassMasters. Nixon cheers for the Detroit Red Wings, loves to exercise outdoors, go rock climbing, and likes to talk about cars and cooking.
Roger started working at GlassMasters in 2002. A natural-born leader, he inspires confidence and integrity in everyone around him. During his 20-year tenure, he has gained a complex, intuitive knowledge of the auto glass industry specifically, and the auto service industry in general. A living example of GlassMasters guiding principles, Roger walks the walk when it comes to positivity, leadership, mastery and ownership. Though now operating out of Calgary's head office, he remains a die-hard fan of the Edmonton Oilers. On his time off you'll find him skiing, fishing and travelling with his family, or sitting around a fire talking about Mötley Crüe and Motorbikes.

Ryan started working at GlassMasters in 2011. Ryan's organizational skills and talent for logistics are essential to the way we now do business. He has a wide skillset and knowledge base, from store operations in both retail and wholesale, to the complex intricacies of the Opti-aim calibration system. Ryan always has an answer, and if he does not, he's the one to find it! Attention to detail, problem-solving and hard work are very important to Ryan, he is always the first one to roll up his sleeves, and the last one to take off his boots! A jack of all trades at GlassMasters and at home, when not doing his own renovations, Camping or Cross-Country Skiing, Ryan is an avid Lego and Traxxas RC car enthusiast.
Ryan has been with GlassMasters since 2022. An expert at building trust, Ryans Integrity and transparency leave a lasting impression on his customers. His Optimisim and positive outlook are a rallying point for the staff at our South Edmonton Location, and helps to keep his team productive and accountable. Positivity earns trust! A fan of the Montreal Canadians, if he isn't watching the game, he's probably out for a hike or a round of golf in fair weather. Otherwise he's probably playing video games!
Sean has been with GlassMasters since 2019. Always a team player, he is friendly, outgoing and never shies away from a new challenge, like taking on the position of Shop Foreman in 2 short years! Sean is hardworking, perceptive, and has all the makings of a great auto glass installer. He cheers for the San Francisco 49ers and likes to play Golf and Fish in his time off.
Shawn has been with GlassMasters since 2011. He is Hardworking, Loyal, and has the biggest heart around. He has extensive knowledge of everything glass and has been in the industry for 18 years. Shawn goes above and beyond for every customer, every time. He loves watching football, especially when his favourite team is playing - the New York Giants. On his time off Shawn likes to spend time with his family, and travel as far as his wife will let him!
Shea has been with GlassMasters since 2018. In that time he has been able to build amazing relationships with his peers as well as his clients. He loves to have fun and is Saskatoon's resident trickster! He is someone that will never give up, will never let you down and he would never, ever run around or desert you! He is continually searching for the perfect Caesar salad and he enjoys long walks (preferably on the beach).
Sheldon has been with GlassMasters since 2018. Outgoing, ambitious and self assured are often the first impressions people take away when meeting Sheldon, but he's really just a big softy - Caring, compassionate and extremely loyal to his coworkers, friends and family. Let him know what you need to succeed and consider it done. The only thanks he will accept is a cup of coffee, even if it is his fifteenth cup that day. Many of us wonder if he eats at all, or is purely fuelled by caffeine. While not a fan of sports, there is one thing Sheldon is certain of - he hates the Toronto Maple Leafs. If he isn't vibrating into another dimension from the caffeine like a purring cat, he's probably drowning the world out with music so loud it's likely to cause hearing loss while playing League of Legends.

Susan has been with GlassMasters since 2017. When it comes to Susan, "Sprezzatura" is the word of the day. She is the central command and safety net for our operations. A graceful and seemingly tireless multi-tasker, every day we all wonder how she possibly gets it all done, and yet, she does it with a smile and a laugh - as though it took no effort at all. Susan makes sure that any issue that gets brought to her attention is seen through to the end, and the leadership and guidance she provides is an invaluable resource for everyone who works here. Hailing from Saskatchewan, Susan's favourite team is the Roughriders. When not watching the game, she loves to travel, hang out with friends, and work on home improvement projects. When she does decide to relax, she enjoys a tall glass of wine and a scroll on her iPad. Her kids would say she's addicted to the iPad, but "only a little bit" - just "five more minutes".

Tom has been with GlassMasters since 2016. He was the only baby boomer born in 1990. He will not use self-checkout, can read and write cursive, and hates the word organic. Tom is an excellent ambassador for GlassMasters. He continually works on his leadership skills and genuinely cares about the people he works with. Give Tom any project and be prepared to be amazed at the results. When Tom is not watching hockey, this Edmonton Oilers fan loves to spend time in the garden doing yard work and tending to the BBQ/smoker. He makes a mean beef brisket. Unless you have days to talk Politics or Philosophy with Tom, don't bring up the topics.
Wade has been with GlassMasters since 2004. Wade's loyalty to his fellow team members and his compassionate approach to problem-solving are what sets him apart. An excellent auto glass technician in his time, he eventually put down his tools and started picking up phones. Wade is extremely knowledgeable about auto glass and the auto industry in general. When he isn't cheering for the Vancouver Canucks, he likes to golf, hang out with his kids and enjoys lakeside BBQs in the summer.
