Andrew Gallegos - President

Andrew is a certified professional insurance agent and has been a successful producer for over 19 years. After finishing his schooling, Andrew joined the United States Marine Corps, during which he learned his core business ethics principals of honor, integrity and commitment, which have led him throughout his career in the insurance industry. While starting his career in financial planning, he discovered his true passion to be in the property and casualty sector. Knowing and seeing that his efforts truly protect his clients and their assets is one of the most rewarding aspects of his career. One of the many exciting attributes of this career is learning new industry segments and engaging with so many new people. Having graduated locally from Ottawa Hills High School, Andrew is proud to see how far Toledo has come in recent years and to be a part of that process is a blessing. Great Lakes was founded by Andrew's father and he is proud to continue its legacy. Family has always been of the utmost importance within the organization and at home. Andrew and his amazing wife Banhi enjoy taking in the outdoors whenever possible with their lovely daughter and two dogs. Outside of work, Andrew's passions include golf, motorsports and nature as a whole.

Fayre Bradshaw

Fayre Bradshaw has been an account manager in the insurance industry for 18 years. She has been selling and servicing policies to fit the individual clients' needs, with an emphasis on long-term relationship building. Providing excellent customer service is a priority for Fayre. She believes that insurance is all about protecting the client and strives to inform as well as educate them. This allows her clients to make the best choices and better protect what they've worked so hard for.

Gary Schaber - Founder

Gary resides in Sylvania Township in Toledo, OH and is married with four grown children. Gary graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toledo, attended the International Foreign Studies Program at the University of Salzburg in Austria and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Gary has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing business field with extensive travel overseas. Gary has been a licensed professional for over fifteen years. Active in the community, Gary's board memberships have included the American Red Cross, Toledo Hospital Foundation Board and the Better Business Bureau of N.W. Ohio. Gary's professional insurance emphasis has been in manufacturing, non-profit agencies, contractors and the food and beverage industry.

Juli Graf

Juli Graf has been employed with Great Lakes Insurance for over 10 years. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a major in education. She moved to Ohio 13 years ago to be closer to her family. Juli started in customer service and soon obtained her property and casualty license in 2013. As a licensed agent, she truly enjoys talking with clients. Juli proudly provides correct coverages needed to ensure that the client and their homes and autos are well protected. Juli enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, reading and traveling. She especially enjoys visiting warmer climates to escape the Ohio winters!

Karen Lloyd

Karen Lloyd has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career in 1999 as a claims representative at a nationally known insurance agency. She then worked her way into commercial lines where she serviced a variety of policies, including contractors, restaurants, stores, hotels, etc. Karen took a brief break from the insurance industry to help build her husband's business up. She decided to get back into the insurance industry in 2002 where she worked for an agency that primarily wrote insurance for the trucking industry. In 2009, she earned her CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative) which has helped her broaden her knowledge of the insurance industry. Karen has been with Great Lakes Insurance Agency since 2012. She is currently the office manager. Her responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, hiring and training of new employees as well as the commercial account manager for all of the trucking business in the agency. When not working, she enjoys going to Michigan football games with her husband and family in Ann Arbor. She takes every opportunity possible to spend time at the beach. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her new grandson. Karen says, "Family is the most important thing there is and you need to cherish every moment."
