As a founding member of the group and President of the company, Allan has performed all aspects of the company's functions over the last 20 years. Although not active in the field anymore, Allan continues to pass on knowledge to the younger programmers and technicians as he runs the day to day operations of the business.
Allan holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and is the Master Electrician for the company.

Josh has been a member of the group since 2012 and is the Vice President of the company. He originally started as a technician building panels and wiring machines. He moved into design early in his career and took an interest in programming. He is now a senior programmer specializing in Robotics. Josh is a licensed electrician and continues to perform all aspects of the company's functions.

As a founding member of the group and Treasurer of the company, Kevin has performed all aspects of the company's functions over the past 20 years. Kevin manages the larger customer accounts and continues to be an active programmer in the field.
Kevin is a licensed industrial electrician who became a programmer early in the stages of PLC development. He worked with many of the original PLC manufacturers throughout his career but has specialized in Siemens PLC's throughout his time with GCG. He has become a road warrior travelling all across North America working on Siemens products.

Mitchell has been a member of the group since 2016 and is the Vice President of the company. He began his career as a technician building panels and wiring machines but quickly took an interest in design. Mitchell has become familiar with many electrical CAD software's and leads the design and electrical teams.
