Barry Stauffer joins Global TechPro as the firm's corporate advisor. Barry brings an extraordinary depth operating in a large business, as well as the entrepreneurial experience of having established and successfully grown a small business. He also brings significant knowledge of the information technology industry aligned with the US Government marketplace. Previously he was the BAE Systems Chief Information Assurance Officer (CIAO). As the CIAO he was responsible for corporate Information Assurance (IA) development, management, and strategic growth. He was also the founder and CEO of Corbett Technologies, Inc. until their acquisition by BAE Systems in November 2002. At the time of the acquisition Corbett had grown from a self-funded start-up to over 100 employees providing IA support to Defense, Federal, State and Local government and commercial customers. Mr. Stauffer previously held senior management positions at Logicon, Inc. and as a Navy officer in charge of engineering, operations, marketing, business development, and general management in the fields of IA, Information Operations (IO), systems development, and information systems management. As a Department Manager at Logicon, he managed multiple large contracts performing IA research and development, product development, systems engineering, and system evaluation. Mr. Stauffer has over 30 years of technical and management experience in INFOSEC, IA, and IO. Mr. Stauffer has been involved in the IA community since 1981 when he was the IA Officer on the DoD Joint Staff responsible for the security of 28 major Command and Control sites around the world. He then spent 10 years leading Defense IA projects, including numerous Certification and Accreditation activities, the development of secure architectures, development of trusted operating systems and guards, and preparation of IA policy and procedures. Mr. Stauffer is the lead author of the Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP), and recently led the NSTISSC in the development of a national C&A standard, the NIACAP. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science degree with honors from the Naval Postgraduate School and is certified by the National Security Agency (NSA) for their Information System Security (INFOSEC) Assessment Methodology (IAM).

Javid Sonde, Principal and CEO serves as the chief "evangelist" and strategist for Global TechPro. Javid brings the strategic focus and mature business acumen gained during two decades of diverse experience with a variety of businesses. He leads and manages the company's business development effort as well as manages the company's communications and culture building activities. Early on, Javid recognized the need for a small business like Global TechPro, that could deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions to federal agencies and Department of Homeland Security. Global TechPro has already transformed this vision of high-quality by being assessed at CMMI Level 3. With more than 15 years in the technology field, Javid brings a perfect blend of entrepreneurial and technology skills. With repeat business being strong, he focuses on maintaining a solid reputation, while building and growing the family of satisfied repeat customers. Before joining Global TechPro, he was a member of one of the world's largest professional services firm, KPMG Consulting's (now BearingPoint) Public Sector practice. During his illustrious tenure at KPMG, he supported several technology initiatives and helped implement wide range of technology-related solutions. Javid has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Information Technology from The George Washington University, Washington, DC. While completing his master's he was awarded several leadership awards in student life and community services.
