Bill Gault

Bill is a South Texas native. Having attended high school in McAllen, Texas, he went on to pursue his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Bill has served his country and his South Texas community. He served as a 1 LT(P) in the U.S Army Reserves and as a Municipal Judge in Combes, Texas. He also founded the local Wing and Water Weekend for the Challenged (Disabled) Sportsman of America. Bill has also been involved with the Boy Scouts of America last serving as a scoutmaster. After his wife passed into Heaven, Bill has earnestly pursued his calling as father of his six children.

Catrina L. Guerrero

Catrina was born in Corpus Christi and raised in Kingsville, Texas. She graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Catrina then graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary's University School of Law. While at St. Mary's, Catrina dedicated much of her time to pro bono work and volunteering with various legal organizations. Catrina spent a year working as a student attorney with the Center for Legal and Social Justice-Civil Justice Clinic. She had the opportunity to help clients in Bexar County with various probate and family law matters. Catrina was awarded the Francisco Leos Award for Excellence in Clinic Studies: Family Law for her work in the clinic. Catrina also served as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Race and Social Justice. Catrina's comment was selected for publication, and she went on to become the Comments Editor in her final year. In her free time, Catrina enjoys exercising and staying active. She also lovesbarbecuing with her family and attending Hooks baseball games with her husband. Connor R. Adamson

Connor was born and raised in central Maryland outside of Baltimore, and was also partially raised in West Virginia. His desire to be a lawyer sprung up at a young age and he began practicing his public speaking skills early in life, participating in theater as well as winning a Maryland Catholic Forensics League State Championship in Extemporaneous Speech. He graduated cum laude from West Virginia University's Reed College of Media with a degree in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Political Science. He attended law school at Villanova University at the Charles Widger School of Law graduating cum laude with a Concentration in Litigation & Dispute Resolution. He was an Executive Leader during his capstone project at WVU, helping to coordinate the rebranding of Grafton, West Virginia alongside his colleagues. He also interned with the West Virginia State Legislature working closely alongside state delegates and graduated with three President's List honors. While attending law school, he was an intern for Judge Jacquelyn Frazier-Lyde of Philadelphia Municipal Court and the Philadelphia Public Defenders Office. He was also a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and served as a Managing Editor of Student Works. His article, Lowering the Bar?: Reevaluating the Diligent Prosecution Bar in Light of the Gold King Mine Spill, was published in the 2019 edition of the journal. Connor also competed in Villanova's Moot Court Competition in 2018. Connor joined GNQ as an associate in 2019 following his graduation from law school, due to a deep desire to move to the state of Texas. He works in both trial litigation support and appellate work. Connor is a diligent legal researcher, writer, and orator committed to bringing the best possible results to his clients. He views the law as a service profession first and foremost and is dedicated to serving his client's needs and bringing them the best results possible. He believes in bringing a personal touch whenever possible and the power of a strong lawyer-client relationship. When not working in the law office, Connor is an avid consumer of cinema, and writes about film professionally as a paid critic. David also dedicates time offering pro bono services to Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid, Inc. through the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Ignacio Mendoza

Ignacio Mendoza, Jr. was born in McAllen, Texas, and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. He graduated from Veterans Memorial High School in Mission and continued his education at Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Ignacio then served as an educator at La Joya ISD teaching computer applications and college readiness to middle school students. Ignacio later earned his law degree at Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he enjoyed working as a research assistant and tutoring other law students. Subsequently, Ignacio graduated with Honors as the Salutatorian of the Class of 2015. After admission into the State Bar of Texas in 2015, he began his legal career with the Hidalgo County Public Defender's Office and later began his solo practice firm where he expanded his area of law into civil litigation, as well as became a certified guardianship attorney. Ignacio joined the McAllen branch of Gault, Nye & Quintana in 2020. Linda C. Breck

Linda was raised in upstate New York and received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. While attending law school at South Texas College of Law, she worked full-time as a bailiff/law clerk to the Honorable David Hittner, United States Federal District Court Judge, who was then the presiding judge of the 133rd District Court in Harris County. After finishing law school, Linda moved to Corpus Christi to brief for the Thirteenth Court of Appeals. She spent her first ten years as a lawyer serving as both a briefing and staff attorney to former Chief Justice Paul Nye. Linda left the Court in 1993 to join the appellate section of Brin & Brin, P.C., where she was of counsel to the firm. She returned to the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in 2007, serving for six years as Senior Staff Attorney to former Justice Rose Vela. Linda also served as interim Staff Attorney to Justice Gregory Perkes. Linda assists the firm in handling appeals, original proceedings and trial support. Megan A. Kemp

Megan is a South Texas native, born in Corpus Christi and raised in Portland, Texas. She received her B.A. from Rice University in Political Science. She received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served on the Houston Law Review and interned for Senior District Judge David Hittner in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas. Megan began her legal career in the litigation section of a large firm in Houston. She returned home in 2009 to take a position with the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi and served as staff attorney to Justice Nelda V. Rodriguez for six years. In 2015, Megan rejoined the defense bar, practicing with a small Corpus Christi firm specializing in municipal government matters and third-party insurance defense. She joined GNQ in the fall of 2016. Megan assists the firm with appeals, original proceedings, medical malpractice defense, first-party insurance defense, and general trial support. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002 and also practices in the U.S. District Court of Southern District of Texas.
