Currently, I am Director of Engineering at Wineshipping. Wineshipping is the largest direct-to-consumer logistics provider for alcoholic beverages in the US. My primary role is to lead software, data, and devops engineering teams with 20+ total contributors on cross-functional projects that include in-house built customer-facing order management systems, integrations with warehouse management systems such as D365, data platforms like Databricks and Synapse, and a variety of other systems and in-house software. My secondary role is to provide a hands-on architecture and development contribution covering a span of technologies used on Wineshipping projects including .NET / C#, React, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Database, Infrastructure as Code / Bicep , and Databricks .
