Mr. R.S. Sindhu, Chairman Cum Managing Director of Aryan Group, completed his bachelor's degree in arts in 1976 from Birendra Narayan Chakrabarty University and joined the Indian Army in 1977. After completing the short service commission period of five years, he joined his family concern, M/s. Mitter Sen and Co., which was then engaged in the business of iron ore mining. Mr. Rudra Sen Sindhu has been with our Company since March 14, 1997.

Mr. Ram Kumar Rai is an MBA and having experience of more than 15 years in different fields of business and industries. He is responsible for development of existing business, discovering new avenues for the Company and part of the strategic decision making team.

Mr. Srivastava is former chairman of Oil India Limited and former Director General Hydrocarbon. He has vast experience of around 40 years of exploration of Oil and Gas in India and overseas.

Mr. Tripathi, a Mining Engineer from ISM, Dhanbad, has over 38 years of rich experience in Coal Industry and has his grooming in Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited and Central Coalfields Limited. He has handled various projects of different capacities. Currently he is responsible for running of Ib Valley plant.

Mr. Upadhyay, a Mechanical Engineer, has a long and rich experience in field of coal washing including technology selection, setting up and operating a beneficiation plant. After a commendable tenure at Coal India Limited, he joined Global Coal and presently takes care of Plant Operations at Talcher.

Mr. Patra is a Mining Engineer. He has been associated with the Company and promoters since last 30 years. Mr. Patra is overall looking after the affairs of the Company. He is a driving force in implementation of business strategies to achieve the targets set by Board of Directors of the Company. He has vast experience of developing the green field projects of coal mines and setting up the coal beneficiation plants.

Mr. Srinivas is a commerce graduate and has vast experience in handling coal. He is seated at Hyderabad regional office to supervise both Ramagundam and Manuguru plants.

Mr. Rao retired from Mahanadi Coalfields Limited as Chief Engineer (E&M) and has vast experience in handling washery operations and plant management. He is responsible for day-to-day functioning of Company's Manuguru plant.

Mr. Bhambry is a Mining Engineer from IT-BHU and his vast experience in Coal Industry includes a meritorious stint with Coal India Limited. He is currently responsible for Marketing and related issues of the Company.

After a meritorious service of 16 years in the Indian Navy, Mr. Singh retired in 1979. He holds degree, equivalent to a Mechanical Engineer, from Ministry of Defence. He also holds Marine Engineering Certificate from Ministry of Transport. He is with the group since 1999 and presently takes care of various projects which keep coming up within the group.
Mr. Shekhawat, an M.Com & FCA, started his professional career with Blastec (India) Private Limited, a group Company. He has handled all activities associated with the Finance function and has over 15 years rich experience.

Mr. Vir Sen Sindhu completed his bachelor's degree in arts in 1979 from Maharishi Dayanand University and joined his family concern, M/s. Mitter Sen and Co. in 1979. He is the joint managing director of the Company looking after the Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh regions and oversees the washing, power, and logistics operations in that region. Mr. Vir Sen Sindhu has been with our Company since March 14, 1997. He has approximately 35 years of experience in the coal sector.
