Since committing himself to architecture, Adam has spread his efforts across various fields that both involve architecture and that draw parallels to it. Architecturally, he has completed, collaborated, researched environmentally responsive architecture and spent a great deal of time simply designing. Outside of architecture, Adam learned the craft of metalsmithing. He also took an interest in photography and developed a portfolio dedicated to his art. He spent time in the woodshop using tools and learning how to operate routing machines, laser cutters, 3D printers and vacuum formers. All these things have helped him build on his understanding of the field and improved his ability to think critically as an architectural designer.
Alix's love for design and passion for helping others guided her toward a career in interior design, where she excels in designing beautiful, functional environments that have a positive impact on people. She is an ace in space planning and renderings, showcasing her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and adept problem-solving. When not collaborating on designs, she enjoys traveling, concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Brad's diverse background in architecture and construction adds depth to our architectural team. His hands-on experience in finish carpentry and his attention to detail are an asset in developing any project. He is receptive to clients' needs and presents plausible design solutions that provide value to the particular challenges on projects. During his off time, he enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family.
Brie's passion for architecture developed in her younger years, admiring the design of the beautiful homes featured on popular TV shows. As a project associate, she utilizes her strong organizational skills and creativity to provide innovative design solutions for our clients. In her free time, Brie enjoys shopping, spending time outdoors with her dogs and traveling.
As the first impression of Gray Design Group when visitors arrive at our studio, Cathy always greets guests and staff alike with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. She is the gatekeeper and manager for all calls, deliveries, packages and more to keep projects and communication flowing smoothly in and out of the studio. Cathy is known for her personable and thoughtful manner and ensures staff have what they need to succeed. Known as the office Queen aficionado, she is ready to rock at a moment's notice.

Growing up in a household filled with engineers, Colton's journey into architecture began during his freshman year at college. His dedication to continual improvement defines his work ethic, while his talent for rendering and texture mapping enhances the Architecture Studio. Beyond work, Colton enjoys mountain and road biking, downhill skiing, kayaking and disc golfing.

With a decade of interior design experience, Danielle specializes in creating exceptional 3D renderings, construction documents, detailing and FF&E selection and specification. Her detail-oriented, organized and easy-going personality allows her to work seamlessly with a variety of clients. Danielle has a wealth of experience with healthcare environments, commercial office space and workplace strategy. As an empathetic and reliable designer, she can easily translate her clients' needs into practical and meaningful solutions. She is an integral member of the Gray Design Group interiors team.

When you meet Ed, you find a driven self-starter who engages you with his positive and friendly attitude. After discovering early on that he had a knack for designing spaces, he channeled his dedication and drive into architecture. Ed's specialty focuses on the creative, conceptual and development process, though his true strength lies in listening and converting concepts into great building design. His imaginative mindset allows for a flow of creative ideas that offer multiple design solutions. Growing up in The Hill neighborhood, Ed developed a love for cooking and enjoys gardening and reading in his spare time.

Ethan is a versatile and passionate project associate who combines his deep-rooted influences from his grandparents' careers in the AEC industry with his lifelong fascination for design. Adaptable to any situation, he thrives as a collaborative team member and individual contributor. His friendly and approachable nature and his detail-oriented and organized mindset allow him to provide exceptional results in every project he undertakes. Ethan enjoys being outdoors, hiking, four-wheeling trips and traveling in his free time.
Haylee discovered her unique passion for design as a child, finding joy in crafting intricate doll houses from the box instead of playing with the actual doll. This early fascination with spatial creativity would later inspire her to pursue a career designing spaces that improve people's lives. Haylee's attention to detail and eagerness to learn makes her a valuable addition to the Interiors Studio at Gray. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and reading.

As Construction Administrator, Jason serves as the primary liaison during construction, overseeing the design implementation and streamlining operations at project sites while upholding strict adherence to plans, regulations and quality standards. His adept problem-solving skills and critical thinking enable him to navigate challenges effectively, and his collaborative approach and talent for fostering relationships amplify project success. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, playing golf and engaging in hands-on craftsmanship and renovations.
With Jeff's comprehensive background in computer graphics, interior design and information technology, Jeff is an accomplished multi-tasker. His extensive responsibilities include systems management, computer graphics and visualization and innovation/communications management, allowing our firm to be at the forefront of technology integration. Conscientious and committed, Jeff is uncompromising as he embraces new technological advances, resulting in continuous benefits to the Gray Design Group team and its clients.
