Liam Steyn, the youngest candidate to pass his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Sail and Power Qualification, at only 18 years old.
Liam started his sail and motor cruiser training when he was 16 years old and did his theory, sailing and motor cruiser at Day Skipper level. He returned and did his Yachtmaster Coastal Theory and practical, and his Yachtmaster Offshore Sail Prep and Exam, which he passed. He has completed his power conversion.
I was introduced to the yachting industry at the end of 2022, and found a profound love and admiration for it.
I believe this industry can open so many doors for everyone, as it has for me. I also believe that this industry is meant for anyone who loves being out on the water.
