Eileen Rhea Tulipan, Of Counsel at Greenberg & Walden, has extensive experience in family law, business law and real estate legal matters.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Ms. Tulipan is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Advisory Committee. She was honored as the Hudson County Family Law Practitioner of the Year in 2000 and has appeared in New Jersey Monthly Magazine and New Jersey Super Lawyers from 2007 to 2009.
Before moving her practice to the firm, Ms. Tulipan was a Partner at Tulipan & Conk.
Lewis Greenberg, of Counsel at Greenberg & Walden, LLC has been practicing law in New Jersey for over 45 years. Prior to merging his law practice with Greenberg & Walden, Mr. Greenberg was the managing partner of the Fuchs Greenberg Sapin, LLC Law Firm located on Journal Square in Jersey City, NJ.
Mr. Greenberg has specialized in the field of Personal Injury Law for most of his career in areas such as construction site accidents, lead poisoning exposure, all motor vehicle, especially trucking accidents, fall down accidents of all types due to defective conditions including weather, as well as all work related injuries.
Over the course of his law practice, Mr. Greenberg has obtained substantial settlements and jury verdicts in the Personal Injury realm as a result of his expertise acquired from his many years of experience, persistence and work ethic.
He has been appointed as an Arbitrator by the Hudson County Superior Court from the inception of the program in Hudson County.

Marvin "Chip" Walden, the Senior Partner of Greenberg & Walden LLC, has extensive litigation and trial experience. His areas of practice and expertise include (and are not limited to) personal injury law, workers' compensation law, commercial litigation, family law and criminal law. Mr. Walden has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients as a result of his jury trial experience and his passion for his clients.
Our founding father, Robert Greenberg, began his law practice in West New York, New Jersey. Robert Greenberg attended Rutgers University as an undergraduate, and New York University School of Law where he obtained his law degree in 1956.
Mr. Greenberg developed a small, successful law practice representing a variety of clients. He primarily handled commercial deals and litigation, real estate law and transactions, wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Greenberg was very active in representing commercial property owners in Hudson County in terms of handling their condominium and co-op conversions.
As Mr. Greenberg began taking in partners in his practice, the law firm expanded its services to include personal injury, workers' compensation, civil, and family law litigation.
