Anne is a seasoned mortgage professional that has been in the industry since 2001. She prides herself in having a modern take on lending with traditional values. As a mom to a first responder, Anne strives to maintain strong values and a deep commitment to the community. For most of her career Anne has served Bakersfield and the Central Valley. In recent years she has expanded her reach to the Central Coast, Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties. As the mortgage industry evolves, Anne dedicates herself in staying up to date with the latest mortgage trends and guidelines. Born and raised in Bakersfield, CA with strong ties to the community. Brianna started in the Real Estate industry in 2004 as a receptionist at Touchstone Real Estate Group. She soon became an assistant to a Commercial Realtor and assisted him in opening his own Real Estate and Mortgage Company in 2007. At that time she began processing mortgage loans and excelled in her position. She processed for 7 years before becoming a licensed loan officer in 2015. Brianna is licensed by the Department of Real Estate as well as the National Mortgage Licensing System. She is currently serving as the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women local chapter President. Her years of processing experience have aided her in structuring solid loan transactions and smooth closings. She has a wonderful reputation with her clients and realtors and is constantly wanting to grow and excel within the industry.
Joe Roberson has over 30 years' experience in the real estate, mortgage and construction industry. Joe is the Owner, Broker and President of Summit Financial Services and Legacy Homes. Joe is also Broker and Co-Owner with his mother, Adoree Roberson in Premier Realty. As Broker, Joe shares his extensive knowledge and experience with his team offering guidance and support whether it's simple questions or challenging transactions.
Joe Roberson has served as past Board Member and past Club President of the Active 20/30 Club and past Director of Bakersfield Association of Realtors in addition to holding his licenses as a General Contractor, Swimming Pool Contractor and Private Pilot.
Leslea Williams began her career in Real Estate in 2002 as a Retail Division Corporate Loan Officer.
She was promoted to Business Development Account Executive where she oversaw the Southern California Region, trained associate Loan Officers and selected Mortgage Brokering in 2005.
Leslea's education and experience is extensive. She has achieved accreditation in Marketing, Finance, Management, Economic Trends, Fair Housing Trust Funds, Risk Management and Ethical Sales Practices. Leslea was rated among the top 1% of wholesale brokers among one of the nation's leading Wholesale Lenders.
Scott Hacker was born and raised in Kern County. He attended North High School and enlisted in the US Army shortly after graduation. He served 2 tours of duty overseas, including deployments to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In addition to his Overseas Medal, Scott also was awarded the Liberation of Kuwait Medal, the South West Asia Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and an Army Commendation Medal with 1st Oak Leaf Cluster.
After his Honorable Discharge, Scott enrolled in real estate classes and earned his Salespersons License from the California Department of Real Estate in August 1991. He spent a couple of years selling real estate until he found his calling in Lending and became a loan officer. He first became a Branch Manager for Golden Empire Mortgage in 1994 and excelled in all types of mortgage loans. His dedication to helping fellow Veterans has always been at the forefront and truly enjoys sharing his knowledge with them.
Scott has over 25 years of real estate experience and strives to provide the highest quality of service and dedication to his clients. Having been part of thousands of real estate transactions, his knowledge and expertise are invaluable to his Realtors and clients.
