She soon became an assistant to a Commercial Realtor and assisted him in opening his own Real Estate and Mortgage Company in 2007. At that time she began processing mortgage loans and excelled in her position. She processed for 7 years before becoming a licensed loan officer in 2015. Brianna is licensed by the Department of Real Estate as well as the National Mortgage Licensing System. She is currently serving as the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women local chapter President. Her years of processing experience have aided her in structuring solid loan transactions and smooth closings. She has a wonderful reputation with her clients and realtors and is constantly wanting to grow and excel within the industry.

Joe Roberson has over 30 years' experience in the real estate, mortgage and construction industry. Joe is the Owner, Broker and President of Summit Financial Services and Legacy Homes. Joe is also Broker and Co-Owner with his mother, Adoree Roberson in Premier Realty. As Broker, Joe shares his extensive knowledge and experience with his team offering guidance and support whether it's simple questions or challenging transactions. Joe Roberson has served as past Board Member and past Club President of the Active 20/30 Club and past Director of Bakersfield Association of Realtors in addition to holding his licenses as a General Contractor, Swimming Pool Contractor and Private Pilot.

Scott Hacker

Scott Hacker was born and raised in Kern County. He attended North High School and enlisted in the US Army shortly after graduation. He served 2 tours of duty overseas, including deployments to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In addition to his Overseas Medal, Scott also was awarded the Liberation of Kuwait Medal, the South West Asia Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and an Army Commendation Medal with 1st Oak Leaf Cluster. After his Honorable Discharge, Scott enrolled in real estate classes and earned his Salespersons License from the California Department of Real Estate in August 1991. He spent a couple of years selling real estate until he found his calling in Lending and became a loan officer. He first became a Branch Manager for Golden Empire Mortgage in 1994 and excelled in all types of mortgage loans. His dedication to helping fellow Veterans has always been at the forefront and truly enjoys sharing his knowledge with them. Scott has over 25 years of real estate experience and strives to provide the highest quality of service and dedication to his clients.
