Andrew joined Greenstone Partners in 2020.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Andrew worked in Investment Banking at JPMorgan and Financial Assurance at PwC. Andrew has experience in equity raisings, M&A, modelling and financial audits.
He holds a Master of Applied Finance and a bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia.
Daman joined Greenstone Partners in 2022.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Daman was a member of the PwC Deal team in New Zealand where he worked on a range of M&A transactions.
Daman holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Outside of work, Daman enjoys football, motor racing and travelling.
Jimmy joined Greenstone Partners in 2006.
Jimmy has a broad range of experience in M&A, debt and equity transactions for public, private and private equity clients including:
The investment in Aidacare by Quadrant Private Equity;
The investment in One Stop Warehouse by Hillhouse Investments;
The sale of Orange Hire to Arcadia Capital;
A long standing relationship with ASX-listed GWA Group that has resulted in five successful sale processes (Gainsborough door hardware and API locksmiths, Gliderol garage doors, Brivis climate systems, Dux water heaters and Sebel furniture);
The sale of Australia's largest privately-owned security company, SNP Security, to Temasek-owned Certis Cisco;
The sale of Viadux by Crescent Capital Partners to Reece Group;
The management buyout of Forest Coach Lines by Next Capital and Management;
The takeover defence of ASX-listed RHG Limited (and its $2 billion loan book) which ultimately resulted in its sale to Resimac by way of a scheme of arrangement; and
A broad range of corporate finance advice to ASX-listed ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund including: refinancing its $180 million bank facility; an investment in Icon Hospitality Group; a $39 million equity raise; and a change in responsible entity
Jimmy also sits on the Advisory Committee for Interspan, a global provider of post-tensioning solutions to the construction industry.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Jimmy was a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory Group at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in Sydney.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
Jimmy is married with two children and enjoys triathlons, rugby and tennis.
Khalid joined Greenstone Partners in 2022.
Prior to Greenstone Partners, Khalid worked in Investment Banking at Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. Khalid has experience in M&A, corporate carve-outs and debt financing assignments across a broad range of sectors.
Khalid holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Melbourne.
Outside of work, Khalid enjoys Formula 1, MMA and is a keen Arsenal fan.
Scott founded Greenstone Partners in 2003. He has over 25 years experience in the investment banking industry in Australia and the USA. Prior to founding Greenstone Partners, Scott was a Director of Credit Suisse's investment banking department in Sydney and had investment banking account coverage and transaction execution responsibilities for a range of Australasian industrial companies. Scott has advised on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions with a total value in excess of $25 billion.
Scott was previously an Associate in Chase Manhattan Bank's Aerospace Group in New York from 1990 to 1994.
Scott has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Honours) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has a MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester, New York.
Scott is married and has two daughters. He enjoys hiking, horse racing and is a keen supporter of the All Blacks.
Shameen joined Greenstone Partners in 2023.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Shameen worked as an Investment Analyst at InvestSense and KPMG Law as a paralegal.
Shameen is currently studying a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law at the University of New South Wales.
Outside of work, Shameen enjoys jazz, cooking and travelling.
