The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Grandmont Rosedale residents for the purpose of preserving and improving the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhoods of Northwest Detroit. Our small but mighty team of staff organizes a wide range of programs designed to help our community prosper as a place to live, work and play... GRDC is a non-profit charitable organization supported by grants and donations. We work to make the Grandmont Rosedale neighborhood an even better place to live, work and raise a family. GRDC relies on the financial support of many individuals to achieve our goals. There are many ways to give. Donations of any size are welcome and your donation is tax deductible.
