Graphensic AB is located in Sweden. The company was founded in November 2011 and became the first European supplier of epitaxial graphene on silicon carbide. The founding partner, Rositsa Yakimova, and her colleagues in the research group at Linköping University has continued to develop the manufacturing process since. Together the researchers of Graphensic have over 500 publications, four patent families and more 50 years of experience related to epitaxial graphene specifically.
