In 1970, Greater expanded its scope of construction activity with the development of several commercial projects in Casselberry, Florida. The first was Greater Mall and then Summit Plaza, and the most recent addition, Landing Towne Shoppes in Altamonte Springs. In 2004, Greater created a separate division for its commercial properties and now operates as Greater Properties, Inc... Greater Properties, Inc. offers prime retail and office space in Seminole County, Florida ranging from 350 to 6000 square foot at Greater Mall, Summit Plaza, Greater Marketplace and Landing Towne Shoppes.
