Established in 2006 by renowned Executive Chef Ming. Ming has been cooking Thai cuisine for over 30 years from the streets of Bangkok to Montreal to Vancouver. His legendary culinary portfolio includes Maison Kirin and Chao Phraya while in his early days in Montreal. Upon returning to Vancouver, Ming has worked in some of Vancouver's top Thai dining establishments including Chili Club before finally becoming the Chef de Cuisine for all of Thai House establishments in the lower mainland...
