Abigail R. Griffith

Abigail R. Griffith (she/her/they) joins Gray Talent Group in 2023 as an Agent's Assistant for the Chicago On-Camera Department. She has previously worked at Women In Film Los Angeles as a Database Assistant and Yea! Impact as Administrative Assistant. Having moved to Chicago to earn a BFA in Film/Television for Showrunning at DePaul University, Abigail is determined to keep the on-screen industry in Chicago booming - specifically by uplifting queer narratives and people. Besides being thrilled to advocate for Gray Talent's actors, you can find Abigail wandering aimlessly in Chicago's Unabridged or ordering flights at Goose Island with friends.

Dawn Gray - President

Dawn Gray is president of Gray Talent Group, founded in 2008, with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. The mission of Gray Talent Group is to develop actors and take them to the next level of their career. Consequently, Gray actors can be seen nightly on networks and streaming services. There are currently Gray Talent Actors on Broadway, and on the silver screen. Gray was named the SAG agent of the month and was the second agent outside of Los Angeles and first in Chicago to receive the award. Before becoming an agent, Gray produced the film Stray Dogs. Her other entrepreneurial venture was MOMents, a resource for working mothers. As part of MOMents, Gray produced a radio segment for WMAQ radio, wrote a column for the Chicago Tribune, created a monthly newsletter, ran support groups and gave talks on balancing work and family. A graduate of Northwestern University, her first job out of college was working in the media as a writer/producer for WCFL Radio, UPI and CNN. Later she transitioned into public relations and held management positions at major agencies. Dawn is delighted to pursue her passion of helping actors find success in this wonderful, wacky business.

Jakub Dulak

Jakub Dulak (he/his) is an Associate Agent on the Gray Talent team, primarily working on LA & NY based Film & Television, as well as Video Game Voiceover & Mo-Cap projects. A Polish immigrant, Jakub grew up in the Chicago suburbs and attended Knox College, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing & Film Studies. Jakub spent several years freelancing as a Casting Director in the Chicago scene, casting everything from feature films to viral internet videos, before moving to Los Angeles and eventually joining Gray. Jakub's eccentric creativity allows him to tackle challenges in unique, innovative ways. In his free time Jakub is an avid gamer, home bartender & volunteers at a local cat shelter.

Kiki Kapral

Kiki Kapral joined the Gray Talent Group team in 2013 after 6-plus years of casting experience in New York. As a TV/Film agent, Kiki has booked Gray Talent clients on feature films and TV series including "The Politician" (Netflix), "Magnum PI" (CBS), "The Bold Type" (Freeform), "Assisted Living" (BET), "Penny Dreadful" (Showtime), "This is Us" (NBC), "Veep" (HBO), "Better Call Saul" (AMC), "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" (Amazon), "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC), "Grace & Frankie" (Netflix), "Lovecraft Country" (HBO), and many more. Kiki graduated from Indiana University with a major in Telecommunications - design and production. She started her career as an intern at The Late Show with David Letterman and after graduation she relocated to New York and accepted a position in the talent development department at VH1 where she booked talent for "Best Week Ever", "I Love the 90's", "I Love the New Millennium", and a slew of the "Top 20" and "Top 100" countdowns. Kiki then spent 5 years as the Casting Coordinator at Warner Bros TV Studio. There, she collaborated with both New York and LA casting directors and worked closely with studio and network executives and top creative clients. A selection of notable TV credits include: "Mike and Molly" (CBS), "Political Animals" (USA), "Suburgatory" (ABC), "Two Broke Girls" (CBS), "Person of Interest" (CBS), "Dallas" (TNT), "The Vampire Diaries" (The CW), and "Revolution" (NBC). Kiki is thrilled to be back in Chicago, her home town, and loves using her experience to help actors reach their professional and creative goals.

Patrick Delgado

Patrick Delgado joined the Gray Talent Group team in 2019 after years of work representing actors in television, film, commercials and voice-over. He hails from the Boston area where he graduated from Emerson College before moving to LA to begin his career. After relocating to New York, he now works as Associate Agent in the TV/Film department covering projects in LA and NY. He also serves as Gray Talent's resident film expert, dog enthusiast and deep dish skeptic. He does not go by Pat.

Zach Gray

Zach Gray joined Gray Talent Group's Chicago team in 2012, and in 2016, moved to the West Coast to launch the Los Angeles office. As a TV/Film agent, Zach has booked clients on feature films (from blockbusters to indie hits) and many major Network, Cable and Streaming shows such as This is Us, Veep, Better Call Saul, Grey's Anatomy, Vampire Diaries, Fear the Walking Dead, Law & Order: SVU and Modern Family. He has fostered relationships with casting directors, producers and directors in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. He has also managed the business affairs for the agency. Zach is a proud Chicagoan, Cubs fan and graduate of Northwestern University.
