GreenBy3 was founded in Charleston, SC in 2008 by Jorge Riano to offer a better approach to commercial construction and renovation project management. As it stands, the current approach to construction is fragmented, inefficient and dysfunctional. However, by opening and maintaining communication between the client and trades - including the general contractors, architects, designers, electricians, etc. - and enforcing commitments to deadlines, budgets, creative vision and the environment, we are hoping to change the industry... GreenBy3 has a Triple Bottom Line business philosophy, which means we are all about finding ways to have a positive impact on the environmental and within our community. We understand this is our only planet and natural resources are limited and that it's up to us to take care of these natural resources if we want to to survive and thrive.
