Abasi manages our Classroom and Field Trip Programs, oversees our facilitators and develops and delivers our curriculum content. Originally from Michigan, US Abasi has worked in education in various capacities for more than 10 years in North America.

Adam Beaumont

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Finance for Northland Power Inc
Adam is the Vice President of Finance for Northland Power Inc., one of Canada's leading independent power producers that operates & develops clean & green energy projects in Canada, US, Asia, Latin America and Europe.

Aidan Nolan

Job Titles:
  • Development Officer
Aidan leads our fundraising efforts to ensure that the charity's programming can be delivered in classrooms and communities across the country. He has a passion for community organizing, and also loves camping, canoeing, and pollinator friendly gardening.

Allison Bradbeer

Job Titles:
  • Toronto Area Coordinator
Allison has her BA in geography and is an OCT with extensive experience in outdoor and environmental education. She has worked with students of all ages and background and is a strong believer in authentic, hands-on learning. Allison is very passionate about wildlife and especially loves owls and foxes.

Amanda Stanger

Job Titles:
  • Indigenous Programs Manager
Amanda is our Indigenous Programs Manager and works in the Manitoulin Island/Sudbury region. She also delivers our elementary programs as a Workshop Facilitator in this area. Amanda has two Masters degrees in Environmental Sciences and Outdoor Education from York University. Amanda is First Nations from Timiskaming and she loves the outdoors.

Andrew Cahill

Job Titles:
  • Green Careers Program Manager
Andrew manages the Green Careers Program, including the Green Skills Academy, for youth across Canada. He has an Honours Science degree from the University of Waterloo. Andrew wants to advance the understanding of renewable energy and connect people to green careers. Andrew enjoys reading, traveling and woodland walks with his family.

Caroline Johnson

Caroline is a bilingual workshop facilitator based in the Ottawa area. Caroline has a background in both science and education, having completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Nipissing University, and her education degree at Queen's University. She brings her passion for science and a love of learning to the Relay team.

Dwight Peigan

Job Titles:
  • Saskatchewan Coordinator
Dwight is our Saskatchewan Coordinator and Facilitator, based out of Regina. He has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and shares our passion for the natural world. Dwight is from the Pasqua First Nation and grew up in the Qu'Appelle Valley, where he enjoys spending time on the land and on the water.

Eitan Dehtiar - Chairman

Eitan is an independent consultant involved in supporting various development and logistics projects across Canada and abroad. As an interim senior executive, he has guided various organizations through periods of restructuring and change. Eitan holds an MBA from Queen's University, and a CPA, CMA designation.

Emily Dodge

Emily is the workshop facilitator and coordinator for Eastern Canada. She is based in Nova Scotia. Emily has a Master's in Ecological Leadership and Education. She has developed and taught environmental programs for organizations across North America. Emily enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and reading.

Gemma Romano

Gemma coordinates workshops across Ontario and lives in Kitchener. She has her Masters of Environmental Education and is an Ontario Certified teacher. With over 15 years experience, she is incredibly passionate about working hands on with youth, teaching environmental stewardship.

Ive Velikova

Ive is our Green Skills Academy Coordinator for the Solar Installation course. As a lifelong science communicator, Ive uses science stories to build climate optimism and work towards a more just world. Firmly anti-jargon, she brings a little sparkle to complex science topics. You can find her birding, hiking, and backpacking.

Jen Mulqueen

Jen Mulqueen is a Workshop Facilitator in Toronto. She has been working with students as a Roots of Empathy Instructor since 2010. Before that she worked in documentary production, helping to tell important environmental stories. Most recently, Jen has written a cookbook about eating for a healthy planet.

Jessica Wilson

Jessica is our Green Skills Academy Coordinator for the Sustainable Agriculture course. She is based in Powell River, BC and has a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Kwantlen University. Jessica is deeply devoted to Mother Nature and has a passion for connecting people to where their food comes from.

Katrina Gorrie

  • British Columbia Coordinator
Katrina is the B.C Coordinator and Workshop Facilitator based in Vancouver. She is completing her BA in Resource and Environmental Management and has her certificate in Environmental Studies. She has a passion for conservation, environmental issues and engaging her community. She loves traveling, hiking, knitting and long walks with a good podcast.

Kelly Park

Job Titles:
  • Communications Manager
Kelly leads the communications strategy for the charity to support our fundraising and programming activities, she engages with our online communities and is the in-house graphic designer, and photographer. Her personal interests include ultimate frisbee, travel, interior design and hiking with her rescue pup.

Paige Griffin

Paige is our Green Skills Academy Coordinator for the Wind Energy Operations course. She has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from the University of Victoria and has a strong passion for environmental education and coastal conservation. Based on Vancouver Island, Paige loves coastal hikes and reading books in her hammock.

Rebecca Swanson - COO

Rebecca manages operations nationally, focused on ensuring the success of the Relay team. Additionally, she directly manages employees and programs in Western Canada. She has a background in business and program development, with a Bachelor of Commerce. Based in Canmore, Rebecca loves any activities that involve mountains, music, bikes, or skis.

Victoria Dickinson

Victoria has a BHPE with a focus in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership from Mount Royal University. She is based in Calgary, with a focus on Southern Alberta. Victoria has years of experience working with students with a heavy emphasis on the environment and the outdoors. She enjoys traveling and getting outdoors.

Wesley Normington

Wesley is the Executive Director of Relay and is responsible for the organization's management, strategic leadership and partnership development. He enjoys reinforcing numerous Canadian stereotypes such as camping, playing hockey, snowboarding and making butter tarts.

Yury Rodriguez
