Dr. Gray-Holland is past-President and Fellow of the Society for Ear, Nose and Throat Advances in Children (SENTAC), and a Fellow of the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association from which she received the Outstanding Service Award. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Association.
