David was originally chosen by Mirvac to set up, open and operate the only agency in Newington, Wentworth Point area in mid 2001 as Licensee. After making this a very successful business, Mirvac sold this business in 2003. With the agenda of continuing to provide this excellent service which David has become known for, he then created Green Park Realty, also located in Newington.
