Since graduation, Chad has been a valued member of the Great Steps family and currently cares for the majority of our patients in South Western Minnesota. He works with orthotic devices to improve function and mobility, prevent injury, reduce pain and promote healing.
Born and raised in Grand Forks, ND, Dean has always liked working with his hands and helping others. The orthotic field was a perfect fit for the two passions. Before coming to Great Steps, Dean's previous Orthotic experience involved working at Gillette Children's Hospital and for established Orthopedic clinics in the Twin Cities. Dean enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with working in the field of Orthotics.
Josh has always had a passion for helping people and working with his hands. He was introduced to the O&P field by a former boss in 2008, where he began interning and custom fabricating devices. Josh graduated from Montana State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance in 2010. Josh attended Northwestern University in Chicago for his post-graduate education in Orthotics and Prosthetics. He graduated from both programs in consecutive years of 2012 and 2013 and became ABC board certified in both disciplines.
Josh has experience working with a wide population of patients in need of upper, lower limb, and spinal orthoses and treating all levels of amputation.
