Brady Money - Managing Director

Brady works with clients on both merger & acquisition transactions and capital raising as well as new deal origination. His experience at Greif & Co. involves a wide array of industries including aerospace & defense, consumer products & retail, and manufacturing. He has worked closely with dozens of entrepreneurial clients and brings over 15 years of diversified financial experience in the areas of financial services and middle-market investment banking. Prior to joining the firm, Brady served as a financial analyst with RSM EquiCo, where he successfully completed more than 30 assignments, and as a financial analyst with Ameriprise Financial. In 2005, he received the investment bank's Rookie of the Year Award. Brady graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, where he received the Outstanding Finance Scholar and The Wall Street Journal Scholar Awards. He is proficient in Italian.

David S. Felman

David has over 15 years of investment banking and financial services experience. He has an extensive background advising management teams, corporate directors, governments/non-profits, and entrepreneurs on critical strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations & restructurings. David has advised on over $75 billion of transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, including the consumer, financial & business services, media & entertainment, and real estate sectors. In addition to serving as a Senior Advisor at Greif & Co., David is Chief Administrative Officer of Anderson Holdings, the investment vehicle for the Anderson family founded by John E. Anderson. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of College Health Enterprises, one of the largest independent hospital and healthcare services companies specialized in behavioral healthcare in Southern California. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles, the oldest charitable organization in southern California. Previously, David co-founded and ran Cardinal Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm, and spent over seven years at Moelis & Co., where he was a member of the founding team and a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. David began his career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, and has prior experience at UBS, Stanford Management Company, the White House Council of Economic Advisers, and Goldman Sachs. He has advised on transactions ranging from under $50 million to over $25 billion, involving Fortune 500 and middle-market public and private corporate clients, private equity firms, governments, and entrepreneurs. In 2017, David was honored for inclusion on the Los Angeles Business Journal's "LA 500" list of the 500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles. David graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics and Political Science (Distinction and Honors) and UCLA's Anderson School of Management with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship (Carter Fellow, Anderson Fellow, Appel Prize, Weston Award).

Donnie Crego

Donnie has over five years of sell-side merger & acquisition experience, primarily focused on the manufacturing, healthcare/medical technology and business services industries. He has worked on over 20 M&A transactions during his career. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Donnie was an Associate with P&M Corporate Finance in Chicago, where he executed transactions for privately-held companies in the medical technology, automotive and aerospace industries. He launched his investment banking career as an Analyst with Cleary Gull in Milwaukee, working primarily on a variety of industrial manufacturing and distribution transactions. His extensive deal experience also includes sell-side transactions in the automotive, packaging and construction industries. Donnie completed his Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Financial Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he also received a B.A. degree summa cum laude in Global Management and French. Conversant in French, Donnie studied abroad for a year at the Université de Provence-Aix/Marseille. As a graduate student, he also completed the Investment Management Certificate Program, a rigorous 17-month applied finance program for a select group of students. Donnie played for two semi-professional soccer teams-the BYU Cougars and SC Toulon-Le Las-and is an Eagle Scout.

Holden Thomas

Holden Thomas has two years of mergers & acquisitions and capital markets experience. He has worked across multiple industry verticals with transaction experience in the manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer products, healthcare, technology, and e-commerce/retail industries. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Holden worked at Liquid Venture Partners, where he focused on taking technology and healthcare companies public through Nasdaq IPOs. Holden graduated summa cum laude from Claremont Graduate University, where he earned a Master's of Science degree in finance. He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. Holden also played quarterback on the USC football team and was a member of the 2017 Rose Bowl team that beat Penn State 52-49.

Lynette Walker - CFO

Lynette specializes in regulatory compliance and financial reporting in highly regulated industries. She has a wealth of experience in the entertainment, financial services, healthcare, energy and education industries. Prior to joining Greif & Co., she served as Vice President of Finance at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising where she directly oversaw the company's reporting, state authorization efforts, facility expansion and IT systems migration. She also held the Vice President - Finance position at Motown Records where she was integrally involved in the company's sales, first to Boston Ventures and then to Polygram Records. In her capacity as Vice President - Finance, Lynette was responsible for financial and tax reporting for the company's domestic and international operations as well as information technology systems implementation. A graduate of the University of Texas, Dallas with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, Lynette commenced her financial services career at Ernst & Young where she rose to Senior Manager in litigation consulting, specializing in fraud and contract disputes. Lynette is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nick Sparks

Nick has over five years of mergers & acquisitions experience in the private equity and investment banking sectors. His transaction experience spans numerous industries, including consumer & retail, restaurants, manufacturing, natural resources, aerospace & defense, and logistics. Selected deal experience includes the $1.6-billion sale of retailer 99 Cents Only Stores, the sale of Mimi's Café restaurants, the acquisition of third-party logistics provider Port Logistics Group and the sale of advanced composite materials company M Cubed Technologies. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Nick was an Associate at Endeavour Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in Portland, Oregon. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with Lazard Ltd. in Los Angeles. A creative writer, Nick has also been engaged as a fantasy novelist. Nick graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College, where he was a Robert Day Scholar and played on the university's conference championship soccer team.

Ozzie Macedo - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Ozzie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. He brings over 20 years of experience in maintaining IT infrastructures and overall operations management. Ozzie is tasked with ensuring all systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the company's goals. He works closely with third-party IT vendors in assessing and implementing the firm's IT strategy, including the implementation of cyber security protocols. Ozzie is also part of the team responsible for recruiting and hiring staff at Greif & Co. As COO, he works directly with the CEO and CFO/CPO supporting the firm's personnel. Ozzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In giving back to his community, Ozzie is a member of the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee for the Downey Unified School District. He is also the Director of Coaching for a competitive youth soccer club and currently holds a United States Soccer Federation ‘B' license.

Robert "Bobby" Solberg

He has worked on over 15 transactions during his career including engagements in TMT, software, fintech, gaming, food & beverage, building products and real estate. Prior to joining Greif & Co., Thomas worked with BTIG's San Francisco-based investment banking team and ECHELON Partners in Manhattan Beach. Thomas completed his Master of Science in Finance at Saint Mary's College of California School of Economics and Business Administration. He is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Thomas also received a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from San Francisco State University. He is a participant in the CFA curriculum.
