Griggs Group Inc, a hospitality architect designed the first mid-rise hotel in Texas. That project lead to other projects including educational construction... Design decisions are often made from a financial perspective after evaluating the best, long term benefit to the owner. We have designed or managed projects throughout the U.S. Including Hawaii, Alaska and they have worked on projects across Europe for small boutique developers to government clients.
