Jack Tuplin - COO

Jack Tuplin is the COO of Gryphon Group. He manages the day-to-day, internal and external operations of the business. He is a hands-on leader who is highly involved in meeting client and industry expectations, as well as other executive functions.
 Jack's background includes extensive experience with business start-ups, sales, and financial and operations management both in the mortgage and environmental services industries. He has a B.S. in Business and Environmental Management from Bridgewater State University.

Karin Connelly - CEO

Karin is responsible for overseeing the long term corporate strategy and vision of Gryphon Group LLC and managing top level client relationships, as well as, securing the necessary funding for growth. In prior roles Karin oversaw vendor management, quality control and managed the work flow within the organization. In her new role, she seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in the business process. In addition, Karin is focused on sustainable Corporate Growth and Improvement initiatives which will allow Gryphon Group to meet the challenges of a dynamic and fluid marketplace. Karin has sat on many local Foreclosure Task Forces of cities throughout MA, and works to create partnerships with local communities to assist with controlling neighborhood blight brought on by vacant properties. Karin has a B.S. degree in Business from Bentley College located in Waltham MA. Karin is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of MA.

Matt Connelly

Job Titles:
  • Business Intelligence Consultant, Partner
Matt consults with Gryphon Group leadership on the overall strategy, direction, and financial stability of the company, as well as other executive functions. He is also very active at an industry level serving on multiple Boards of Directors, including NAMFS (National Associations of Mortgage Field Services). Matt's background includes extensive experience with business start-ups, C-level management, sales management, and sales, primarily in the mortgage industry. He has a B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College, and an MBA in Finance from the Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management.
