Jim personally makes sure that each job is planned and executed correctly, on time, in budget and to the client's complete satisfaction. He supervises each project, from start to finish.

Jim began in the construction trades while in college, working during summers for his father's company in road construction. After graduating college with degrees in civil engineering and business, he started working in his father-in-law's building construction business. He worked from the ground up, learning all aspects of construction and estimating. He bought the business in 1985. He is a third generation owner and has supervised and built many schools, factories, warehouses, offices and storefronts, and has built and remolded numerous homes.
Megan Mitchell is the Office Manager for Groesbeck Construction. With more than 10 years of experience in Office Administration and Customer Service, Megan strives to service everyone promptly and thoroughly. As Jim's eldest daughter, Megan grew up with Groesbeck Construction, becoming knowledgeable in the field of general construction and now using that knowledge to assist our clients and keep the office running smoothly.
