GUIDING LIGHT COACHING

Welcome to the Guiding Light Coaching website! I have a lot of information to share with you and would love to show you around the site!... Please, allow me to introduce myself - I am Coach Monica. While I don't want this to read like a resumé, I do think it is important to for you to have an understanding of what I bring as your Life and Leadership Coach... I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, (ICF). So, what does that mean for you? The coaching profession is not (yet) a licensed profession - such as a doctor or therapist; therefore, many people who are not trained or certified may call themselves ‘coach'. Those of us certified with the ICF have gone through extensive training and accrued hours of coaching and meet the ethical standards of the ICF. My training was held at The Academy for Coaching Excellence, Sacramento, CA. With my PCC designation, I have accumulated over 800 hours of coaching.
