Amanda joined Harbor in 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. Amanda has over nine years of experience in the practice of civil engineering with a focus in land development and stormwater management. Amanda's responsibilities include site planning, erosion and sedimentation control design and stormwater management.
Bruce joined Harbor in 2017. He has over 29 years of experience in civil and survey drafting and design. Bruce's responsibilities include the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D software in the preparation of projects involving site layout, grading, stormwater management, subdivision & land development, erosion & sediment control, roadway and PennDOT design.

Nathan joined Harbor in 2023 with a Civil Engineering degree from Penn State University - Harrisburg. Nathan has a background in real estate and operating a landscape contracting business. His responsibilities include project site preparation, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design.
Ryan joined Harbor in 2022. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Temple University, which was funded by his GI Bill after serving in the United States Navy as an aircraft handler. Ryan has several years of experience in erosion and sediment control, stormwater management and water quality programs through working for the Lancaster County Conservation District. He is an active member of the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay's Riparian Rangers volunteer forestry conservation program. Ryan's responsibilities include project site preparation, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design.
