Owner, Tom Haley, is a certified Irrigation Contractor and Commercial Designer with a degree in horticulture. Tom is also a certified Interlocking Concrete Paver Installer. Tom began working with sprinkler systems in 1986 on Hilton Head Island, S.C., relocating to northern Michigan where the business was opened in 1989.
