Ann G. Dalton

Ann Dalton is a partner in the law firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. She practices in the areas of workers' compensation, representing individuals in Missouri and in Illinois. Ms. Dalton has lectured on workers' compensation benefits at legal education seminars, union meetings and on behalf of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys for the education of various civic groups. EDUCATION Ms. Dalton received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989 and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1992.

Daniel McLaughlin

Dan McLaughlin joined the firm as a partner in 2022 bringing his expertise in counseling to health & welfare funds, as well as pension funds and various other jointly trusteed labor-management funds in the areas of ERISA compliance, ERISA litigation, delinquency collections, and subrogation. Dan also provides general consultation to labor organizations and its members in all matters relative to their rights and duties under the NLRA and LMRA with a focus on contract negotiations, representation of the local and its members in grievance hearings, arbitrations, and litigation.

Emily R. Perez

Ms. Perez is a principal in the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. Her practice focuses on traditional labor and employee benefits law, representing labor unions and multiemployer benefit funds. EDUCATION Ms. Perez received a B.A. in Sociology with an Employment Relations emphasis from Southern Illinois University in 2003 and a J.D. and Certificate in Employment Law from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006, where she was a Dean's Scholar. Ms. Perez is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the American Bar Association ("ABA") Section of Labor and Employment Law (the "Section"), the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis ("BAMSL") and the Illinois State Bar Association. Ms. Perez is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and currently serves on the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law's Section Council.

Greg A. Campbell

Greg A. Campbell is a principal with the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. He specializes in the representation of labor unions and employees benefit funds. He has spoken on labor and employment issues at a variety of conferences. His significant cases include obtaining $4.2 million in backpay for probation and parole employees in Service Employees International Union Local 2006 v. State of Missouri, 214 S.W. 3d 368 (Mo. App. W.D. 2007). Mr. Campbell has been chosen for the 2017 Lawyer of the Year for Labor Law - Union in St. Louis. EDUCATION Mr. Campbell received his B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky in 1976 and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Campbell is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis ("BAMSL"), and a former chair of the BAMSL Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Campbell has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 2014. He performs pro bono work on behalf of the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.

Jagadeesh B. Mandava

Jagadeesh B. Mandava is a partner of the law firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. He specializes in the areas of worker's compensation, estate planning and probate. Before joining the firm in 2003, he served as Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Unit Chief for the Missouri Attorney General's Office. He also previously served as a Law Clerk for Monsanto and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Mandava worked in both business and academic settings. His research was published in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. In addition to his practice, Mr. Mandava teaches seminars for various organizations, including the National Business Institute, the Division of Workers' Compensation, Kids' Chance of Missouri, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar Association and union clients. Mr. Mandava is also an active volunteer with the Rockwood School District and Saint Louis University. EDUCATION Mr. Mandava received his B.S. degree in Biology and B.A. degree in Psychology, in 1996 from St. Louis University. He completed his J.D. degree in 2000, also from St. Louis University.

Janine M. Martin

Janine Martin is a principal in the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. Her practice focuses on traditional labor and employee benefits law, representing labor unions in the St. Louis metropolitan area, as well as union pension and welfare funds. Ms. Martin also handles bankruptcy matters for the firm's clients. EDUCATION Ms. Martin received a B.A. in 1987 from Tulane University, graduating cum laude. She received her J.D. in 1990 from Tulane University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She served as Editor in Chief of the Tulane Law Review from 1989-1990. Joseph W. Larrew

Joseph W. Larrew is a principal of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. He practices primarily in the area of Worker's Compensation, representing injured workers in Missouri. He also handles traffic and criminal cases for the firm. Mr. Larrew is a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County, Missouri, and Chief Trial Attorney for the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He has also served as an Assistant Public Defender for St. Louis County, Missouri. Mr. Larrew presently serves as the Municipal Judge in the City of Bridgeton, Missouri and has served in this position since 1986. Mr. Larrew is a member of the Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group. He has served on local and state bar committees related to workers' compensation and served as Vice Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Law Committee of the Missouri Bar. He is also a member of and past board member of the Missouri Municipal & Associate Circuit Judges Association. Rick Shinners, one of the founding members of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. , has been engaged in the representation of labor unions and related employee benefit plans in Metropolitan St. Louis, and Southern and Central Illinois since 1977. EDUCATION Mr. Shinners graduated summa cum laude with an Honors A.B. degree from Xavier University in 1972. He graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 1975, where he was a member of the Order of the Woolsack. Mr. Shinners is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Lawyers Coordinating Committee of the AFL-CIO.
