He has more than 25 years ™ experience in the Health IT having been involved in the insurance industry previously. He joined HST at inception as a software development manager where he was responsible for software design, development and delivery of the HST ™s quality program of products. In 2021 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for designing and implementing company growth strategies, plans and procedures. Upon retirement in June 2024, Adam currently took a position as an advisory consultant focused on training, support and guidance to the HST team and their clients where he played an instrument role in implementing many of their solutions and providing excellent service.

Angie holds a BCom Degree in Management Accounting from UNISA, she comes from a finance background. Her role includes processes to develop and implement growth opportunities, looking after the marketing and sales division and ensuring customer satisfaction. She has over 18 years of work experience mostly in the healthcare IT environment and has been with company since 2012. She previously worked in one of the biggest project roll-out of Health Information System in a finance support role. Where she started as project administrator, soon advanced to project office manager, and few years later promoted to LIS delivery manager.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology from North-West University. He joined HST at the end of 2012 as a senior software developer and was promoted to software development manager in 2021. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He is responsible for software design, development, and delivery of HST's list of quality products. He oversees bespoke programming and product development and manages technical and quality program issues on development, integration, and system management.

Wakeel is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company. Wakeel is a Chartered Accountant (SAICA Registered) by profession. His strong career objective is to add value and provide growth opportunities to companies and is passionate about uplifting people in underprivileged communities which resulted in him being a founding member of Falaah Foundation NPC. Wakeel has recently joined HST as acting CEO, he comes with strong knowledge in business growth strategies allowing businesses to grow both organically and acquisitively and overseen numerous mergers and acquisitions. He is also currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ayo Technology Solutions Ltd since April 2022 and is a representative on the board of their underlying investments. He has been part of the African Equity Empowerment Investment Limited (AEEI) group since 2015 where he started as a Group Financial Manager and developed to directorship within the group. Wakeel has been instrumental in business development and in sourcing and accomplishing mergers and acquisitions for the various group ™s subsidiaries. In 2018 he was awarded with the Chairman ™s Award of Excellence and has received other several awards recognizing his excellence in finance and leadership roles.
His education includes postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in accounting sciences from the University of South Africa and Cape Peninsula University of Technology. In 2019, he completed a Management Leadership Program at Stellenbosch Graduate School.
