As Vice President for GVM in the Northern Territory, Joe engages with dealers to bring GVM products to new and existing customers. Joe has extensive experience in the ag industry, having worked as Territory Salesman and Sales Manager, and even working in the family business while in school. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Operations Management and a minor in Economics.

Mark has been a part of GVM since his father established it in 1975. His career is hinged on entrepreneurship and innovation and he has an extensive background in the agriculture industry. Mark grew up in the industry, beginning with working for his grandfather, baling hay in the summertime. Mark began his career in the early 70's, when Jack Anderson, his father purchased a liquid fertilizer plant and started Andgrow Fertilizer. At Andgrow, Mark worked as an applicator. During the winter months, he worked at the plant where they manufactured the first foam markers in the industry and established GVM.
Mark left college in 1982 and began working for GVM as a traveling salesman in the New England states. Mark was awarded the Eastern Region Star Agri-business award from the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and traveled to Australia and New Zealand to represent the FFA at the World Congress. In 1986, Mark became the General Manager of GVM and hired two salesmen to take his sales position.

Shane Anderson,Vice President of Operations, has been with GVM since he was a teen, beginning in shipping, engineering, and his last role as Plant Manager. Shane is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of engineering, manufacturing, and the purchasing departments. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
