Dominick Coniglio

Dominick Coniglio is a Business Management student at The University of Tampa, with an anticipated graduation in Summer 2023. Since 2018, Coniglio has worked seasonally at HCP Associates, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the company. He works closely with the research team, collecting, inputting, and interpreting data for ongoing studies. His responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment of interns, organizing and overseeing data collection processes, and ensuring the timely progress of important projects using his expertise in Microsoft Office and management tools. Coniglio also supports the marketing team by writing creative copy and designing graphics for social media and client presentations. As a proud Tampa native, Coniglio enjoys fishing, surfing, and spending quality time with family and friends outside of work.

Dr. Susan C. Schuler

A graduate of the University of South Florida (BS and MA) and the University of Pennsylvania (PhD), Dr. Schuler has accumulated over 30 years of experience in marketing research including experience with professional marketing research firms, advertising agencies, as well as forming her own company. She gained special expertise working with national health care companies, including the Prudential HMO and Comprehensive Care, as well as with major electric utilities (Tampa Electric and Florida Power) and Federal and State government agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA) and Governor Jeb Bush's Department of Economic Development. As HCP's Senior Market Research Associate, Dr. Schuler provides clients with quantitative and qualitative research design, statistical analysis and reporting. She believes that the needs of the client are of paramount importance. This includes bringing her experience to bear on the design of the project, providing the most effective design consistent with providing valid information to the client, seeking client input at key-decision points in the research process, keeping the client informed on progress and presenting results in concise, easy to interpret text, tables of data and graphics. Dr. Schuler has taught marketing research at the undergraduate and graduate school levels as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa. In her spare time, she is involved with the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA, where she volunteers instructing tai chi classes for better health.

Eric R. Polins - CEO

Eric Polins is the recipient of the 2017 Silver Medal by The American Advertising Federation. Polins, a patent recipient from the USPTO, has 25 years of marketing and advertising experience with an emphasis on creative direction, writing, broadcast production, and technology. As an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, he received a BA in Broadcast Journalism. He is also a former U.S. Marine. He worked in the Florida motion picture industry and incorporated Gulf+Atlantic Films, Inc. (www.gafilms.com) in late 1998 and remains in the indie film industry to this day. After two years in the film industry, Polins served as a senior member on the creative team of two Tampa-based advertising agencies: Amherst Marketing Associates and The Lipphardt Agency. After The Lipphardt Agency, Polins accepted a position with Inteledigm Communications, a Tampa-based Internet Incubator. There, Polins served as the Marketing Director and created the brand platform for The Agency Appletâ„¢ for which he was featured in Adweek Magazine. Polins also negotiated the website design and implementation of Nokia Latin America (one of the largest multi-cultural sites at that time) and was directly responsible for securing the first interactive Addys website project for the American Advertising Federation. Polins is a published author and professional artist. He has written and directed 100+ commercials, films, and videos with awards ranging from Tellys to Addys. He executive produced his first SAG motion picture film in 2006 starring Gary Busey and Charles Durning. In 2010, Polins achieved second place in industry ad giant Ogilvy's "Greatest Sales Person in the World" competition, for which he was the only American finalist out of 18 competing countries; he was flown to Cannes Lions Festival to compete with two other global competitors. Polins wrote and directed two commercials, both named national finalists in the American Airlines "Flights. Camera. Action." film contests and wrote and directed a commercial that was accepted into the last installment of Doritos Crash the Super Bowl 50 Contest. Polins shares his free time with his wife Maria, two sons, Zane and Lacher, and a rescued Mastiff named Jasper in their South Tampa home.

Grace Sailer

Grace is a recent graduate from the University of Tampa, with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations. In the midst of the 2020 pandemic, she made the jump from her home state of New Jersey to study on the warm and sunny shores of Tampa Bay. Now living locally, she's looking to foster her love for her new home by helping HCP's clientele thrive. As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at HCP Associates, Grace will be taking on responsibilities ranging from drafting content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and press kits, as well as identifying opportunities for research on behalf of the firm's clientele. She will work to directly support senior management with campaigns and special projects and will serve as a daily liaison for most marketing communication-based clientele. Outside of work, Grace loves all things outdoors, including days at the beach and on the water. She also loves to travel, explore, and try hidden-gem restaurants throughout the area.

Jack Smith

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Smith attended Baldwin Wallace University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with Summa Cum Laude distinction and then attended the University of South Florida earning his Master of Arts in Communications. While attending USF, he served on several state and national survey teams designing, implementing, and analyzing survey data and presenting the results to officials and students at local and regional conferences. As the Research Analyst at HCP Associates, Smith will assist the project manager with qualitative and quantitative research, analysis, and reporting through statistical and qualitative analyses. He will assist in the review of clients' public opinion surveys, review of the survey results, and analysis of the findings. Smith will also perform market research, evaluation, and interpretation as needed and report the findings to client services. Outside of work, Smith enjoys attending baseball games and other local sporting events. He also enjoys reading about paleontology, watching movies, and cooking with friends.

Lynn Cronin

Initially from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Cronin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Florida has easily become home to Cronin who has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 40 years. Cronin has a diverse background in business, operations, customer service, direct sales and personal training. Cronin's career started in the food service industry and she blossomed into a savvy business woman, managing multiple restaurant chains and becoming the owner and operator for a hair salon franchise. She then worked in customer service and in mortgage servicing, assisting customers facing foreclosures. From then, Cronin decided to focus on health and wellness. She is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and health coach for integrative and functional medicine practice. Cronin's Zen-like attitude allows her to stay calm in a challenging and busy environment. Cronin recently joined the HCP team as the Office Administrator to help with the day-to-day responsibilities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly. In her free time, Cronin enjoys taking care of her two grandchildren, golfing, gardening and painting.

Nicole Alfonso

Nicole Alfonso has resided in the Tampa area for the past 10 years and is a true Florida native. She is currently a third-year student at the University of South Florida, pursuing Bachelor of Arts and Science degrees in Communications and Political Science with a concentration in political theory. Alfonso completed her final semester abroad in Spain and aims to graduate in Fall 2023. She plans to further her education in graduate school. As a Communications Associate at HCP Associates, Alfonso closely collaborates with the Marketing Services and Research Department. Her responsibilities include coordinating traditional and digital marketing tactics, managing social media and website content, conducting secondary research, and handling internal and external communications for clients. Outside of work, Alfonso enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new local restaurants, and having movie nights with friends.

R. Patrick Hill - Chairman, Founder

Hill is a Tampa native who joined Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati in 1970. Serving in various Brand Management roles, he became one of the corporation's senior marketing officers. He departed P & G to explore the advertising business, serving as a senior officer of Griswold Eshleman (Midwest/NYC) and Bozell & Jacobs (West/Southwest) before returning to Florida, where he joined Ensslin & Hall as a partner. Hill "retired" from the advertising business in 1985 to focus exclusively on marketing, consulting, research, product development, and product positioning. His clients span the globe and he has been credited with many national brand programs, business turn-around situations, and numerous domestic and international products launch initiatives. Hill has been a regular speaker at national conventions and has received awards from all walks of the marketing world. He serves on numerous regional and national boards for not-for-profits, industry panels, and special interest organizations and has been an officer in most of these associations. Hill maintains ongoing involvement in numerous personal and business ventures and associations, many with former executives of Procter and Gamble. His career has spanned over 40 years of service and his experience has proved invaluable to clients seeking opportunities and fresh ideas. Today Hill serves as Chairman of the company and is an active participant in strategic planning for clients. His guidance is instrumental to our research mission and his experience beneficial to the support of our client service team. A graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A. Marketing), Hill joined with Mario Garcia to initiate the internationally acclaimed Oracle (campus newspaper). Working in print, broadcast, and graphic arts with community partners, Hill helped initiate the original programming of the Mass Communications effort at the University, later serving as President of the Alumni Association and spending more than 15 years on the Foundation Board. He remains involved in television production and has achieved special recognition and the industry's highest accolades for his work in children's programming.

Robert Allen Jr - VP

Allen, a Tampa native, has always called Florida home. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida with Summa Cum Laude distinction. While attending UF, he evaluated over 30 years of congressional election and census data in order to investigate the variations in election spending among house races. Prior to joining HCP Associates, Allen spent six years building research enterprise level data warehouses and deploying advanced analytical marketing tools for fortune 500 companies. From these efforts, he gained comprehensive experience in research design, analysis and strategic KPI reporting. As a Vice President at HCP, Allen will lead and manage the corporate operations of HCP to include all market research services and operational infrastructure of the company. Allen will manage HCP's growing research department's daily operations and future planning by utilizing new technologies and optimization methods. One of his core focuses is to keep HCP's rapidly expanding research capabilities on the cutting edge of an everchanging digital landscape. His core projects range from corporate market research, KPIs and competitive benchmarking along with broad-based market awareness, perceptions and satisfaction studies within the government sector.

Sarolta Lukovszky

Sarolta Lukovszky, originally from Budapest, Hungary, attended Lindenwood University in Saint Louis, MO, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Sports Management with Magna Cum Laude distinction. Before completing her degree in the United States, she competed at a world-class level in artistic swimming, achieving two National Champion Titles with the university's team. Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Marketing at the University of Tampa, Sarolta serves as a graduate assistant to the marketing department and conducts research with various professors at the university. At HCP Associates, she works closely with the Research Department, supporting market research, project management, and strategic consulting efforts. In her free time, Sarolta enjoys staying active, swimming, traveling around the world, and writing.

Sean A. Coniglio - CEO

Coniglio has served 23+ years in various marketing and management positions, starting his career as a corporate executive then turning his attention toward consulting and advising clients in startup, public private partnerships, small to midsize companies and government agencies. He has a diverse background serving as a marketing consultant in a wide range of industries. As Managing Partner with HCP, he is involved in client advisory and marketing consulting services with a focus on business strategy, market planning, branding and implementation management. Day-to-day company responsibilities include building strategic alliances with other firms in support of client needs. He oversees all financial and operational management of the firm. He is an alumnus of Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia and earned an Associate in Science with a concentration in business administration and was active in Student Government serving as a Senator and Treasurer. In addition, he was a Scholarship Athlete. Following that, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the University of Tampa and started to pursue his business interests through a series of internships in downtown Tampa while completing his bachelor's degree. Coniglio is involved in local charities and volunteers time in the community. He was selected to Leadership Tampa Bay, Leadership Tampa, served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Aquarium, founded the Athletic Club of Tampa. He has volunteered for Voices for Children, a guardian Ad Litem, chaired the formation of the Tampa/Hillsborough Film & Digital Media Commission and is on the Visit Tampa Bay's marketing committee. He was recently named as part of the Rays 100 of business leaders supporting the Tampa Bay Rays. When he is not working, he spends his time with his wife and three sons.
