Lincoln W. Hobbs was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1960. He attended the University of Utah as an undergraduate, receiving a B.A. in English in 1982. Lincoln attended the University of Utah College of Law, and was the Editor-in Chief of the Journal of Contemporary Law. While at the University of Utah College of Law, he was a Leary Scholar. Following his graduation from law school in 1986, Lincoln was an associate and thereafter a shareholder in the firm of Winder & Haslam, P.C. In early 1999, he left that firm to start Lincoln W. Hobbs, L.C. At the end of 1999, Margaret Olson, a colleague from Winder & Haslam, joined the firm. Lincoln is active in numerous professional and community service projects, having served for years as a member of the Utah State Bar's Ethics and Discipline Panel, and as an officer of the Utah State Bar Labor and Employment Section, of which he served as chair in 2002-03. Lincoln is also the founder and past president of the Utah Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. In the Spring of 2003, the Community Associations Institute gave Lincoln the Award of Excellence in Chapter Leadership, in recognition of his service to the Community Associations Institute and the Utah community association industry. In the Spring of 2004, Lincoln was the first Utah attorney in Utah to be inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers, an organization established to acknowledge CAI member attorneys who have distinguished themselves through contributions to the evolution or practice of community association law and who have committed themselves to high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of community association law. In 2012, Lincoln was elected by his peers to serve on the College's Board of Governors. Lincoln serves as a member of the CAI National Faculty, teaching several courses every year throughout the United States, on community association (condominium and HOA) management, communication, governance and risk management. Lincoln also served as the president of board of the Foundation for Community Association Research, with which he continues to contribute as a member of the research subcommittee. Lincoln W. Lincoln has significant experience in the successful pursuit of construction defect litigation on behalf of condominium associations, with two settlements in excess of one million dollars, several six-figure settlements and numerous smaller settlements and verdicts. In addition, he received a judge-awarded judgment in excess of 1.8 million in connection with construction defects on a single-family residence. Lincoln is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming.

Margaret H. Olson was born in Provo, Utah in 1967. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and attended the University of Utah. Margaret received her B.A. in history in 1989 and her J.D. in 1992. Margaret served as a prosecutor at the Salt Lake District Attorney's office, where she prosecuted felony jury trials, as a member of the special victims unit. She was thereafter employed in private civil law practice with the firms of Stirba and Hathaway and Winder & Haslam. Margaret has been repeatedly and regularly listed, including again in 2013, as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the category of criminal law. Margaret was selected in 2008 as a Mountain States SuperLawyer, which indicates her selection as one of the top 5 percent of lawyers in Utah, as chosen by her peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. Margaret has also been selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2013 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. Margaret is a member of the Utah and Idaho State Bars, and practices in both Utah and Idaho. She is a member and past officer of the Park City Bar Association. Margaret's practice includes both criminal and civil trial work, including representation in the defense of misdemeanor and felony charges, including but not limited to DUI , other driving and drug charges, and sex offenses. Her civil focus includes representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody and child support disputes.

Sarah H. Orme was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. She attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, where she received a B.A. in Rhetoric and Media Studies, cum laude, in 2008. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 2011. While in law school, Sarah worked as a law clerk at Hobbs & Olson and as a certified legal intern at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. She also served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Law Review. Sarah's practice areas include property law, community association law, family law, employment law, criminal law and miscellaneous civil litigation. Sarah is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Utah.
