HCC's board ensures that HCC is developing and implementing innovative, integrated programs that encourage collaboration, cultural competency, and sustainability... The second layer of HCC is the economic engine that's fueled by the FQHCs. The Community Health Centers enable HCC to expand health care delivery services and outreach coordination so that we are able to serve the sickest of the sick and poorest of the poor... HCC is governed by a 10-member executive board of directors and supported by a growing general membership committee. The board is comprised of health care leaders in social services in West Central Missouri including leadership from Pathways, LRHC, LCHD, and Care Connection for Aging Services.
