David Blann

David Blann, P.Eng. Mr. Blann has been engaged in precious and base metal exploration, development and production stage projects for over 28 years. He has worked predominantly within Canada and the U.S.A., as well as in Mexico, Chile and West Africa. Within central British Columbia, Canada, Mr. Blann has been involved in the discovery of a number of epithermal gold-silver and porphyry copper systems. Mr. Blann has been a director or vice president of several junior mining companies and designed the strategy and assembled the projects as founder of Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. He received a diploma in Mining Engineering Technology from BCIT in 1984 and a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Montana Tech, Butte, Montana in 1987.

Michael Cathro

Mike Cathro's career includes work as an exploration geologist with major and junior mining companies in Canada and overseas, and 17 years with the B.C. Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources in technical and management roles. Prior to leaving government in early 2008, Mike led the team that successfully completed the aboriginal consultation, environmental review and permitting of the New Afton copper-gold project, now one of the largest underground metal mines in Canada. Mr. Cathro has served as vice president for several Jr resource companies and as Chair of Geoscience B.C. Over the years he has volunteered in various capacities with industry associations incl uding the Kamloops Exploration Group (KEG) and the Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC). Mr Cathro holds a B.Sc. (Honours, Geological Sciences) from Queen's University and a M.Sc. (Geology) from the Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. C.J. (Charlie) Greig

Mr. Greig is President of C.J. Greig & Associates Ltd., which provides geological consulting services to clients throughout British Columbia and farther afield. Past projects include work on Brucejack Lake (Pretivm), Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, IDM), Silbak Premier (Westmin, Ascot), IKE (HDI-Amarc), and others. Mr. Greig currently serves as VP Exploration of GT Gold Corp. where he led the exploration team that delivered the very large scale Saddle North copper-gold and Saddle South gold-silver discoveries. GT Gold Corp. recently accepted a takeover offer from Newmont Corp. for $CAD456 million. In 2020, Mr. Greig was awarded the AME 2020 H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award for significant contributions to enhancing the mineral resources of BC and/or the Yukon Territory.

Mr. Finley Bakker

Mr. Bakker is a seasoned Professional Geoscientist with over 40 years of experience leading geological and engineering teams in the mining industry with expertise in both underground and open pit operations. Mr. Bakker has a proven record of resource and reserve estimation and expansion and has worked for Hawthorne Gold Corp., Adanac Molybdenum Corporation, North American Tungsten, Westmin Resources and Noranda Mines Geco. As Superintendent of Technical Services he was responsible for mining geology, exploration geology, engineering and resources and reserves estimation at the Cantung tungsten mine. This is of particular value to Happy Creek's shareholders through the planned development of the Company's Fox tungsten project.

Mr. Kent Pearson

Mr. Pearson is a Professional Geoscientist and senior executive with more than 30 years' experience in the mining and capital markets sector with global experience throughout the Americas, Australia and Africa. Mr. Pearson's mining experience spans from grassroots exploration through to mine production (open pit and underground) with Noranda Exploration Ltd., Bethlehem Resources Corp, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc, Murchison Minerals Ltd. Mr. Pearson has held executive roles in mining and energy investment banking and as President and CEO in the junior mining sector. He has been involved in over $2.0 billion in transactions during this time. Mr. Pearson holds a bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Queen's University.

Richard Lee - CFO

Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Certified Management Accountant having obtained his designation in 1991. Mr. Lee has spent over 30 years either working for public accounting firms or for companies that trade on a recognized stock exchange. He has a wealth of financial and accounting experience working with and for public companies which trade in Canada on the TSX-Venture Exchange as well as with companies registered with the SEC in the United States. In addition, he has been involved in numerous start-up ventures.

Rodger Gray

Mr. Gray has over 20 years of experience as a stockbroker and officer of an IDA member firm. Mr. Gray is currently with Altus Securities in Toronto, and was until recently, the president and chief executive officer of Toll Cross Securities Inc., a Toronto-based, full-service broker dealer specializing in the junior resource sector. Mr. Gray has previously acted as a director and vice-president investment banking, institutional equities, with First Associates Investments Inc. and prior thereto as president of St. James Securities Inc. Mr. Gray is a graduate of Laurentian University.

Sarah Weber

Ms. Weber is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of C3 Alliance Corp., a private consulting company that works closely with Indigenous peoples, the resource sector, governments and communities. Ms. Weber provides leadership in building positive relationships between industry, Chambers of Commerce, municipal governments, Provincial governments, Indigenous communities and NGOs. Ms. Weber holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia and an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University.

Walter Segsworth - Chairman

Walter Segsworth has over 40 years of experience in mining throughout Canada and overseas and has served as a senior officer of several mining companies including Westmin Resources, where he was President and CEO, and Homestake Mining Company, where he was President and COO. Mr. Segsworth is currently lead independent director of Pan American Silver and a director of Sabina Gold & Silver Corporation. Mr. Segsworth is past Chairman of the Mining Association of British Columbia and the Mining Association of Canada and was named B.C.' s Mining Person of the year in 1996.
