Originally from South Dakota, Casey grew up in Laramie, WY and was a valedictorian of his high school class who then earned a Social Science Degree with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wyoming. As one of Handel's earliest employees, Casey has nearly 20 years of experience working with tribal, county and state governments. Having held the positions of Customer Support Executive, Director of Customer Relations, and Business Development Manager, Casey also brings a unique and experienced perspective to determining software solutions for our customers.
Although originally working in Juvenile Justice, for the last several years his concentration has been on American Indian and Alaska Native communities. His focus includes Enrollment, Financial Services, Indian Child Welfare, Family Services, Tribal Court, Treatment Services, TANF, and Employment and Training programs. Casey is passionate about improving service delivery in Indian Country and has become a popular speaker/presenter on that topic at conferences such as National Indian Child Welfare Association, National Tribal Child Support Association, Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians, United Southern and Eastern Tribes, and TribalNet.
Josh Becker grew up in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and after graduating high school he decided to attend the University of Wyoming to get a degree in Computer Science. While in Laramie going to school, he started working with Handel Information Technologies on the deployment team as a solutions engineer. Josh enjoyed helping customers find solutions to their day-to-day processes and decided to remain working for Handel after graduation. He graduated in 2008 Cum Laude with a degree in Management of Information Systems. He also had minors in Business Administration and Decision Science.
Josh has served in multiple positions at Handel including customer solutions engineer, project manager and senior account executive. Josh has loved working with the Handel team. The team environment, along with the critical thinking aspect of the job, has always been a rewarding experience for him. Josh truly believes in the high quality of the character and abilities of the staff at Handel and the solutions that we implement for our customers.
When not working in the office or spending time with his wife Nicole and one-year-old daughter Allie, Josh enjoys playing golf, snowboarding and other outdoor activities that Laramie offers.
