David's diverse private and public sector experience includes his tenure as Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, as a partner in the health care practice of a downtown Boston law firm and as principal of a boutique law and consulting practice where he focused on health data privacy and security, health care innovation and health care policy. David has also been a senior consultant at a physician-led firm serving academic medical centers and has served as fractional general counsel and chief privacy officer to startup clients in the digital health space.
