Andrej joined Harris & Harris in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Sydney. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has gained experience in London at a UK Legal 500 firm based in Lincoln's Inn as well as in Australia.
Andrej is passionate about business and brings a broad range of experience to the practice in the areas of corporate law, contract law, equity and trusts, intellectual property, workplace law, litigation and property law.
Katie is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and holds Honours Degrees in Law and Media from Macquarie University. She is also an accredited mediator with LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolvers) and an experienced conciliator with the Australian Human Rights Commission. Prior to working at the Commission, Katie has worked in legal roles at Deloittes and UBS (forensics and anti-money laundering), before taking up a role at Deacons (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in workplace law and industrial relations. She is a valuable consultant to the firm, offering a considerable resource of dispute resolution techniques and industrial relations law.

Louise has been employed in the legal profession as a legal assistant and property clerk for about 40 years, working with both lawyers and senior barristers during that time. Louise has considerable experience in dealing with a range of property transactions, and is of valued assistance to our legal team. Louise is the primary legal assistant for the firm's engagement in the sale and purchase of properties.

Michael Harris is the managing partner of Harris & Harris, bringing to the practice experience in complex commercial litigation and a range of general commercial transactions. Michael holds an Honours degree in Law and Applied Finance, and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and is a current member of the Law Society of NSW.
Michael commenced his legal career in the structured property finance group at Clayton Utz, before joining the securitisation team at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in 2003 (as it was then known). He subsequently gained experience in the commercial litigation group at Mallesons before forging Harris & Harris in early 2004 with founding partner Barry Harris.
Michael is experienced in various areas of property, corporate and commercial advice and litigation. His client base ranges from individuals and small business, to public foreign companies and large national enterprise.

Paul Anderson is a senior associate with more than 10 years experience as a lawyer in Sydney and New York. Paul commenced his legal career in 2002 in the structured finance and mergers & acquisitions groups at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. In 2006, Paul joined Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York where he worked in the capital markets and derivatives groups. In 2010, Paul joined BNP Paribas in New York where he worked as in-house counsel before returning to Australia and joining Harris & Harris in 2013.
Paul is experienced in various areas of corporate and commercial law. He has advised individuals, corporations, investment funds and financial institutions in both domestic and international transactions and has worked on numerous corporate finance transactions. Paul holds degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Law from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, and is admitted to practice in the State of New South Wales and in the State of New York, USA.
