Boris Dorin

An entrepreneur and venture capital expert with over two decades of experience, Mr. Dorin holds master's degrees in Computer Science, Economics, and Business Administration. As a partner at FirstImagine! VC firm, specialising in the energy transition sector, he manages a diverse portfolio of companies spanning Austria, Germany, the UK, and France. Mr. Dorin serves as a board member for several companies in the energy tech, med-tech, and financial services industries. His comprehensive background includes roles in telecom, investment banking, and high-tech companies.

Caspar Graf von Moy - CCO

Caspar is a serial entrepreneur and manager with a strong foundation in science and business. From 2013 to 2020 he co-founded three life science companies in Basel, Switzerland and served as COO and board member. Two of these companies have advanced at least one product to clinical development stage with several strong candidates in the pipeline. Previously, Caspar successfully led an Austrian consumer goods company through a complex restructuring and turn-around process as Co-CEO Sales and Marketing. Before that, he gathered experience across several European and Asian markets in various marketing management positions at AstraZeneca. From early 2020 to late 2022 he supported HELIOVIS as a consultant, developing strategic partnerships and heading project development, before joining the management board in December 2022. Caspar holds a master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Christoph Humberg

With 25 years of experience in human resources in high-tech corporations, Christoph Humberg brings extensive knowledge to the Gender Board. He has been Head of HR at MTU Maintenance (part of MTU Aero Engines AG) since 2007. In this role, he has played a decisive role in shaping MTU's current corporate culture, which is characterized by a high degree of diversity and interdisciplinarity. This naturally includes supporting women to enter and advance in technical professions.

Holger Sindemann - CEO

With 30 years of professional experience, including 20 in high-tech corporations and 10 in consulting, Holger brings a wealth of expertise and leadership skills. Most recently, he was responsible for the global maintenance business of MTU Aero Engines AG, listed on the German DAX (MTX). Together with his team, Holger doubled the business unit's sales within five years and added several best-cost sites to the global network. Prior to that, Holger served as Managing Director in China and Europe. As Head of Corporate Development (incl. M&A) at MTU, Holger played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. From 1996 to 2005, Holger worked for the renowned top management consultancy Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, the last 4 years as a Partner. Holger obtained his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Rheinisch Westfaelische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen.

Ronald Gerns

As a distinguished expert and one of Germany's leading notaries in the real estate sector, Mr. Gerns regularly orchestrates complex large-scale corporate and real estate transactions. Imbued with an entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Gerns' consultancy and know-how encompass all aspects of company structure, from established corporations to startup businesses. This includes the constitution of consortia, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Gerns is Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Susanne Delle Karth

Susanne Delle Karth is an expert in internal and external strategic communications, participatory processes, and public relations. After her degree, she began her career in the communications sector at the Austrian Art Service and the Guggenheim Museum in New York. In 1996, she founded the communications consultancy SVWP, which she led as managing partner until the successful merger with the communications consultancy clavis (https://clavis.at) in 2014. She has been working for clavis since then, focusing on the conceptual design, implementation, and moderation of participatory processes.

Tina Voß

Tina Voß is a highly successful German entrepreneur from the recruitment and temporary staffing sector. She founded her company, "Tina Voß GmbH" in 1996 (https://www.tina-voss.de), and its reputation for creative ideas and innovative concepts extends well beyond the boundaries of its home federal state of Lower Saxony. Her suggestions for improving the "gender balance" are well-founded, unconventional, and based on many years of experience in the personnel business.

Wolfram Krendlesberger - CFO

Following professional experience in auditing and investment banking, Wolfram worked at a top management consulting firm specializing in utilities from 1996 to 2002. Up until late 2008, Wolfram was CFO of the waste management company Altstoff Recycling Austria AG. In 2010, he was appointed CEO tasked with the restructuring of an international corporate group in the environmental technology and waste management industry. Since mid-2009, Wolfram worked as pro-active business angel on a systematic search for promising technology projects and came to know HELIOVIS in 2010. Initially, he was nominated to HELIOVIS' Supervisory Board by a group of investors and has been appointed CFO since 2011. Wolfram studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (PhD) and at the London School of Economics (MSc with distinction).
