Abraham Miller is the Client Relationship Manager for the office of Jay Spies. He assists in the oversight office operations for each client while working in tandem with Jay to reach a comprehensive solution for clients. Prior to joining the Heritage team, Abraham worked as a data analyst for several organizations across the country. Abraham graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Political Science and International Affairs along with a certificate of completion of the Summer Management Program through the business school. Abraham is actively working towards his FINRA Series 7 and 66 certifications. Abraham lives in York, Pennsylvania and in his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing sports, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Alejandro M. Jerez

Alejandro M. Jerez leads the Miami office of Heritage Financial Consultants. He offers comprehensive financial planning for families, individuals, and businesses with regard to investments, retirement, legacy planning, charitable giving, and insurance strategies. Alejandro's mission is to offer personally tailored solutions for all his clients based on their unique circumstances, goals, and vision, with an emphasis on being cost-effective, tax-efficient, and highly transparent. Alejandro's experience is extensive. He has served as Client Relationship Manager under the Founder of Heritage Financial Consultants, as President of his own wealth advisory firm in South Florida, and is currently the Treasurer of the Chile-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Miami (formerly Vice President and President). Alejandro has a strong passion for leadership, professional development, and community service. He serves as a mentor to aspiring advisors as part of the Lincoln Financial Leadership Preparation Program. He also advocates for special needs research in conjunction with The WOW Center Miami, a day training center that serves adults with developmental disabilities, and now also serves as a Director. When he isn't working or volunteering in the community, Alejandro likes to travel and spend time with family.

Alex Neumann joined Heritage Financial Consultants as Client Relationship Manager in 2021. After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 2017, Alex worked for Lincoln Financial Group in Philadelphia for four years. In his last role, Alex worked as an Advisory Consultant in the managed accounts division. Alex is FINRA Series 7 securities registered. Ally Brocious

Ally serves as Marketing Project Manager for Heritage Financial Consultants. Ally works closely with the HFC Marketing Committee and our PR partners to facilitate all marketing initiatives, including planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns. She has a background in graphic arts and creative project management and serves on the Marketing and Technology committees at Heritage Financial Consultants.

Amanda Lang

Amanda Lang joined Heritage Financial Consultants in July 2024 as Project Manager. Amanda accumulated over five years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in operations and compliance with Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors). As Project Manager, Amanda oversees strategic initiatives in practice acquisitions and succession planning, serves as a liaison between the firm and business units, and ensures compliance for marketing and advertising. Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters in Sykesville, MD. In her free time, she loves reading and gardening. Amy Brocious

Amy Brocious began her financial planning career in 1985 after nine years in banking administration. She has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ practitioner since 1988, focusing on investment, estate, and retirement planning. Amy's mission is to provide voluntary retirement plans and financial planning services to large educational and medical institutions. Amy was a Founding Partner of Insight Financial Group, LLC before joining Heritage Financial Consultants. Her commitment has earned her the Legacy Award, given to an advisor who excels in the professional and local community. Amy lives in Parkton, Maryland, with her husband, Patrick. They have four daughters and two granddaughters.

Andrew Shaffer

Drew Shaffer joined Heritage Financial Consultants in January 2016 and has been a member of Tom Spray-Fry's practice since May 2017. Drew focuses on delivering a superb experience, with the primary goal of developing strong, trusted relationships and providing efficient and effective service to all clients and customers. Drew graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Finance in 2017. He is a sports fanatic and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball in his spare time.

Artie McGonigal is a second-generation financial planner at Heritage Financial Consultants. Artie joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2015 as a part of the Leadership Preparation Program. During his time in the program, During his time in the program, he worked for Osaic FA in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and for Heritage Financial Consultants as a Client Relationship Manager to John G. McCarthy III and Brian Gracie. In 2017, Artie transitioned to join Art McGonigal, Jr.'s practice at Heritage Financial Consultants. He graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Economics. Artie currently resides in Arlington, VA.

Christina joined the Lighthouse team in June 2022 as a Client Relationship Manager for Michael T. Byrne and Marc Neumann. Prior to joining the team, she gained over 15 years of client service experience as a Registered Administrative Assistant working in New York, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. She graduated from Fairfield University in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Management. Following graduation, she started her financial career on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Christina has her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, is a Notary Public, and is excited to bring her prior knowledge and her customer service skills to Lighthouse Planning Consultants. Christina lives in Haddon Township, NJ with her two children, and a rescue dog, Rosie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and going to the beach.

Dave Cooper

Dave Cooper is a Financial Planner with Heritage. He brings over 43 years of experience to his clients, helping them find a comprehensive financial plan to meet their unique needs. Dave joined Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) in 1983 and served as Regional Vice President from 1983-1986. He moved to Virginia to become the Regional CEO from 1986 to 2000. In 2000, he left management and returned to client service and financial planning, his true passion. In 2016, Dave was honored with a Stuart Smith Lifetime Achievement Award as one of the leading planners in the entire nation. Dave earned a bachelor's from Ball State University. He currently serves on the Board of Young Life Capernaum and is very active in many charities around the Hampton Roads area. Dave enjoys boating, fishing, and golf, living by the mantra "Work hard to play harder." Dave just celebrated his 47th wedding anniversary to Cris. They have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and have been blessed with six grandchildren.

Meet Brian

Brian Horn specializes in comprehensive financial planning, advising his clients in the accumulation, conservation, and ultimate distribution of their assets. Brian has been a Financial Planner since 1996, when he affiliated with Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors). In 2005, Brian and two other people partnered to form Insight Financial Group, LLC. He then joined Heritage Financial Consultants as a Partner. Brian's commitment to excellence has been recognized often - he has been featured in Worth Magazine, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, and several radio shows related to financial planning. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Roundtable since 1996. Within LFA, Brian has been listed on the Top 50 Advisors, Top of Council list nationally for many years, and since 2014, he has been listed on the Top 10 Advisors, President's Club list. He is also a member of The Resource Group, composed of the top advisors within LFA (see membership & award disclosures below). Brian currently resides in Baltimore with his wife (Veida), his sons (Chase and Grant), and his daughter (Charlotte). Brian leads a very active lifestyle, which includes working out and playing golf.
