Adam Whitworth

Adam is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He initially worked as an outside fee developer for Hanover Property Company for several years prior to joining Hanover full time in July 2018. Adam's knowledge and experience working with contractors and various municipalities throughout Dallas-Fort Worth has proven to play a key role in Hanover's success. Adam's career started in July of 2000 with Lacy Construction. Beginning as a surveyor in the field, Adam was able to gain knowledge of different roles within the construction business from surveying, estimating, working at their concrete batch plant and finally into project management. With this experience came other opportunities in the market. This led Adam into public homebuilding where he joined Pulte Homes. Adam's role as land manager overseeing multiple developments throughout his tenure with Pulte allowed him to understand the builder side of the business and how important time and budgets are to their success. After 3 years with Pulte Homes, Adam was offered the Director of Land Development role with Beazer Homes where he worked for another 2 years before being offered the Vice President of Land Development position for M/I Homes here in DFW. With M/I being new to the market, they were interested in developing their own land but decided home building was their forte and eliminated land development in the DFW market. This gave Adam the opportunity to start his own business as a fee developer where he landed his first project with Hanover in September 2015.

Ben Luedtke - EVP

Ben joined Hanover Property Company in 2005. He oversees the entitlement and development process for Hanover's single family master planned communities. His duties also include assistance with retail and commercial properties. Notable accomplishments include commercial transactions in excess of $15 million and the development of a 25,000 sf retail center. In addition, he has worked on the entitlement process of over 6,000 single family lots and the development of over 2,000 lots. Prior to joining Hanover Property Company, Ben started his career in commercial real estate in 1999. He began as a leasing representative for a DFW office/retail portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet in the Dallas/Ft Worth market and later redirected his focus to tenant representation and corporate real estate. Ben attended Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.

Bob Landers

Brian Hall

Job Titles:
  • Executive VP, Finance & Operations
Brian oversees the financial and operational activities of the company. This entails financial modeling and investment analysis activities for current and prospective developments, which includes interfacing with current and prospective investors and lenders. Additional responsibilities include cash flow analysis, budgeting, property and income tax management and investor reporting for Hanover and its affiliates. Previously, Brian served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte, where he was responsible for quality reviews of audit engagements and budgets. Brian is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting. He lettered four years in football and served as a captain during his junior and senior years.

John Carter

John is responsible for the marketing and the development of Hanover's commercial land holdings and with identifying and executing new commercial and mixed use properties for acquisition and development. Prior to joining Hanover, John was a Director of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation after beginning his real estate career working for Lincoln Property Company's retail division. His experience includes overseeing and leasing a portfolio of Kimco's retail centers totaling 1.4 million square feet, leasing Lincoln's retail centers and developments, and providing third-party brokerage services for both property owners and end users. John is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Touchdown Club of Dallas benefiting the Rise School.

Richard LeBlanc - President

Prior to Hanover, Dick was founding partner of Majors/LeBlanc, which was formed to specialize in the sale of sites to developers and users. Dick began his real estate career as an agent with Dan Majors & Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm.
