We aim for all of our staff to be bilingual and we improve their skills using special classes; one team member can act in a trilingual capacity... As part of all management tasks, we focus on retaining the value of the building. Keeping it at the legally required standard and regular maintenance are also seen as very important and are a clear management priority... We can organise financing for repairs and modernisation. We apply for these services to local banks or the KfW at the owner's request and on their behalf.
