Anthony Abrameit

Anthony joined Hibernia Resources III in April of 2018. Previously, he served as Project Manager for an established Houston based land broker managing a variety of land functions in the Midland and Delaware Basins as well as other major plays. Anthony, a Registered Landman, holds a BS in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a Business Management Minor from Texas A&M University.

Carl M. Carter III

Carl co-founded Hibernia Resources in September 2007 and served as Co-CEO of Hibernia I and II while it was partnered with Natural Gas Partners. During this time, he co-led all acquisition and divestiture activity, strategy implementation and also served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Hibernia, his first company, Southern Producer Services, focused on the oil and gas sector. He was with UBS Warburg Energy and Enron Corporation in several structured finance and business development roles. His M&A background includes several years in Mexico City with a U.S. backed financial services company. Carl holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management.

Drew Brunkhorst

Drew joined Hibernia Resources III in 2019. Previously, he served as an associate at NGP Energy Capital Management where he was responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring the firm's investments. Prior to NGP, Drew worked as an analyst at Jefferies where he focused on M&A advisory work and capital raises within the energy industry. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Holly Blair - Secretary, Treasurer

Holly joined Hibernia Resources in October 2007 as its first employee and today assists and manages in all facets of the Company's activities. These roles include accounting/cash management, land, operations, production accounting, regulatory management and human resources. Previously, she was employed by North American Energy and worked alongside Mr. Canterbury as his land/engineering tech and regulatory manager from 2003 through 2006. Prior to joining North American Energy, Inc. she worked as an accounting clerk for an oil and gas accounting firm.

James Gray

James serves as Vice President of Reservoir Engineering for Hibernia Resources III. In addition to reservoir and prospect evaluation responsibilities, he brings a wide range of operational and technical experience from conventional and unconventional oil and gas fields across multiple basins. Most recently James was employed by Pioneer Natural Resources as Senior Reservoir Engineer for their Permian Asset Team, and also worked in budget and planning capacities for a 12-rig JV in the Southern Midland Basin. He functioned as production and completions engineer for their Mid-continent assets. He also gained extensive Eagle Ford and conventional Wilcox completions experience as a District Engineer for Pioneer's vertically integrated Pumping Service. James is a product of Midland, Texas and holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

John Blevins III - COO

John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He started his career with Dowell Schlumberger as a Field Engineer and advanced through the engineering ranks. After 5 years with Schlumberger he worked for Sierra Engineering as a Sr. Well Completion Engineer. In 1998, he left Sierra Engineering to join Trey Resources, BOPCO LP and Berry Petroleum as a Production Engineer. Here he worked the beginning of the horizontal BoneSpring, Avalon and Lower Brushy Canyon horizontals with BOPCO, LP as well as the vertical Wolfberry completions with Berry Petroleum. John joined LAS as the VP of Engineering in June 2012. At LAS, John engineered and designed as well as executed many vertical and horizontal completions over the Lower 48 as well as overseas. In July 2017, John has joined Hibernia Resources III as the COO. He is a member of SPE, TSPE, and SPE ATCE Well Stimulation Technical Paper Review Team.

Kris Martin

Kris manages GIS technology and integration in support of all phases of Hibernia's business. He comes to Hibernia Resources III from LandWorks, Inc., a software development company specialized in land-based asset management. At LandWorks he provided training and business consulting services for a diverse mix of clients. He has over a decade of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with time at Whiting Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, and EXCO Resources. While at EXCO he led the GIS team and developed process integrations for Land, Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, Business Development and A&D. Kris holds a B.A. in Geography from The University of Texas at Austin.

Max Long

Max joined Hibernia Resources III in June 2018. Previously, he worked the Permian Basin for Pioneer Natural Resources as a Senior Staff Drilling Engineer. Max has over 14 years drilling experience working as a drilling supervisor and drilling engineer. In addition to the Permian Basin, he has experience in the Rockies, Haynesville Shale, and Eagle Ford Shale. Max holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University and a MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. His is active in chapter leadership with the American Association of Drilling Engineers.

Miles Walker

Miles joined Hibernia Resources III in February 2019. He began his career with Concho Resources working as an Operations Engineer in the Midland Basin on primarily vertical Wolfberry completions. After 3 years, he left Concho Resources to join Diamondback Energy as a Production Engineer and worked on various prospects in the Midland and Delaware Basins over 5 years and gained extensive experience on horizontal development across the Permian. Miles is a product of Midland, Texas and holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

P. Embry Canterbury - CEO

Embry co-founded Hibernia Resources in September 2007. Since its inception, Embry has led all of the company's drilling, completion, workover and production activities. Further, he co-led and co-managed all of the company's acquisition & divestiture activity as well as all equity and debt financing activity. In July of 2010 Hibernia partnered with Natural Gas Partners (NGP) to accelerate the vertical well development of their Midland Basin assets. Hibernia and NGP monetized those assets in May of 2012 and redeployed much of the proceeds into Hibernia II which began drilling both vertical and horizontal wells. Hibernia and NGP monetized these assets in June 2014. Previously, he was the COO at North American Energy where he was responsible for all technical and financial matters for the company's exploration and production activities in the Permian and Fort Worth Basins. Prior, he was President of Ro-Jo, Inc. where he directed all operations and financing of the company's exploration and production activities in the Ft. Worth Basin/Eastern Shelf, Permian Basin and East Texas. He started his career as District Engineer for Halliburton Energy Services in Odessa, Texas where he focused on drilling, formation evaluation and production enhancement in numerous fields in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. Embry graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering.

Reed E. Stevens

Reed was born and raised in Midland, Texas growing up around the oil and gas business. He comes to Hibernia Resources III from Pioneer Natural Resources, where he spent the previous five years. While at Pioneer Natural Resources, he held various geoscience roles, all with a primary focus on the exploration, assessment, and development of the Spraberry and Wolfcamp shales in the Midland Basin. Reed graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2010 with a double major in Geology and Business Administration. He received his Master's in Geology in 2012 from the University of Oklahoma, with his thesis focusing on the Mancos Shale in the San Juan Basin.

Sean Keenan - CFO, President

Sean has over 20 years of energy industry experience and joined Hibernia as a Principal in 2017 with the start-up of Hibernia Energy III, LLC. Prior to Hibernia, he was Partner/CFO at Plantation Petroleum Company (PPC V) which was a PE backed company focused in the Permian and operated conventional assets on the Central Basin Platform and Midland Basin, Horizontal San Andres properties on the Central Basin Platform and Northwestern Shelf and also pursued unconventional opportunities in the Delaware Basin. At PPC V, Sean's responsibilities included sourcing new opportunities in the Delaware and Horizontal San Andres, managing A&D activities, managing financial reporting and partner relationships, accounting and product marketing. Before returning to Plantation, Sean spent 5 years as a Principal and CFO at Empresa Energy. During his time at Empresa he was involved in the successful creation, development and divestment of three large assets in the North Louisiana Haynesville and South Texas Eagle Ford. Prior to Empresa, he was in a similar role in a prior stint with Plantation Petroleum from its origin in 2002 through the sale of Plantation Petroleum III in 2007. Prior experiences include various roles with Koch Industries and Enron. Sean holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Whit Myers

Whit joined Hibernia Resources III in August 2017. Previously, he served as Land & Business Development Manager for Plantation Petroleum Company where he worked the Permian Basin and managed land and A/D efforts in Texas and New Mexico. Whit began his career as a Landman with EXCO Resources, working a variety of conventional and unconventional properties primarily in the East Texas and North Louisiana region. Whit holds a B.B.A. in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University.
