Brandon is a senior health care IT professional with over 20 years' experience working with various analytical tools across multiples platforms. He has led large, diverse teams in technical operations including interoperability, while driving organizational strategy and providing client support.
Prior to joining HIDI, he spent most of his career with Cerner Corporation holding positions such as System Engineer, System Architect, Lead Operations Manager, and Director of Business Operations. His diverse expertise in leading teams and managing clients will benefit HIDI's team and client environments.
Brandon, a native of Missouri, holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University in Springfield.

Brian is responsible for planning, development, launch and positioning of data and analytic applications designed to help hospital operations. His current focus areas include point-of-care alerting to reduce avoidable readmissions and ED visits, social determinants of health assessment, chronic disease utilization forecasting, and physician-level performance assessment. He manages a cross-functional team while leveraging a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approach.
Prior to joining HIDI, Brian served as the Director of Analytic Services for Truven Health Analytics (now IBM Watson Health) and prior to that, as Director of Healthcare Informatics for BJC Healthcare in St. Louis.
Brian holds an MPH with a concentration in Biostatistics and a PhD with a concentration in Health Outcomes Sciences from Saint Louis University.

With over 36 years of IT experience in information technology, Darrell serves as the Vice President of Systems Programming and Integration at HIDI. In this role, he responsible for the development, programming and maintenance of statistical and database programs and associations and oversees the collection of all inpatient and outpatient discharge data for hospitals and health care organizations in Missouri and HIDI's state hospital associations across the country.
Prior to joining HIDI, he served as a programmer/analyst at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Bonine worked for several years in data processing for St. Mary's Health Center and provided IT support and patient account processing.
Darrell holds BS in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.

Jamey manages HIDI's external state hospital association partner client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction/retention and she is responsible for new business development. She works to align programs, projects, and operations to meet strategic client service objectives.
Throughout her 20+ years working in health care, she has worked as a data and research business analyst in various settings, including tenure within a hospital and for information and analytics businesses. She has served in sales, marketing, customer service, contract management and product development capacities within the health system space as well as state agencies and hospital associations.
Jamey has an MHA from the University of South Carolina, School of Public Health, and a BS in Health Administration from East Tennessee State University, School of Public Health.

Jon D. Doolittle is the President and CEO of the Hospital Industry Data Institute (HIDI). HIDI is the trusted data resource for MHA's 143 hospitals and 20 health systems, and more than 2,400 hospitals and health systems nationwide.
Before joining MHA and HIDI, Mr. Doolittle served as Regional President of Mosaic Medical Center - Albany, formerly known as Northwest Medical Center, which provides care for the people of Northwest Missouri through a critical access hospital located in Albany, Missouri; four primary care clinics; and a variety of community partnerships.
Jon's health care experience includes more than 11 years working in a variety of roles with Cerner Corporation, a Kansas City-based health care information systems company. Prior to Cerner, he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
He earned his BS degree from Harvard University, and he holds a master's degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Josette started her health care career as an RN at Rush University Health System in Chicago, specializing in caring for cardiac patients. She spent 15 years in nursing and nursing management before transitioning to health care informatics.
In her current role at HIDI, Josette oversees HIDI's ADT Solutions supporting hospitals in patient-centered care coordination. She also manages HIDI's clinical services and program offerings and assists with the Missouri Hospital Association's state-wide quality initiatives.
Josette holds a BSN degree from Lewis University.

Michael is responsible for the development and improvement of data and analytic applications related to business intelligence needs with the goal of helping hospital leaders improve health equity outcomes, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Michael works with a team of analysts and developers contributing to the organization's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approach.
Prior to joining HIDI, Michael served as a Vice President of Distribution Intelligence for Ivy Investments in Overland Park, Kansas. Michael spent more than two decades with Ivy Investments in various data strategy, business intelligence and marketing roles. Michael is a veteran of the United States Army and served with the 82nd Airborne as an infantry paratrooper.
Michael earned his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2003.

With over 35 years of information technology management experience focused within health care, Theresa oversees strategy, business development and client accounts and all HIDI operations.
Theresa has executive oversight for a variety of HIDI research and grants including a recently completed multi-million-dollar contract with the State of Missouri and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to facilitate the use of technology to achieve interoperability between providers of care as well as other stakeholders to improve patient care coordination.
In addition to multiple years' experience with HIDI, Theresa has been a CIO and an outsourced technology solutions provider consultant. Theresa holds two degrees in mathematics from Truman State University and an MBA from William Woods University.
Theresa is a visionary on the use of health care data in Missouri and nationwide.

Tim joined the HIDI Leadership team in 2018. He oversees the technical support and services staff who manage enterprise services, network and telecommunications systems, on-premise and cloud infrastructure, and the customer support service desk. Prior to HIDI, Tim's career tenure includes client services and management with the Missouri Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) and the Application Development team supporting the Missouri Department of Public Safety as well as information management for the Missouri Army National Guard.
Tim holds a BS Degree from Lincoln University and is a retired Army Signal Officer and veteran with 32 years of service.
