In 1997 he accepted an in-house position as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel with Fortune 1000 company, Micron Electronics, Inc., and remained there through the company's merger with Interland, Inc. (now Web.com), then the nation's largest Web hosting company. He eventually became Deputy General Counsel for Micron Electronics, Inc., and Interland, Inc. From June 2003 to February 2006, Mr. Frazer served as Deputy General Counsel to MPC Computers, LLC, in Nampa, Idaho.

Brian Ballard is a member and past chair of the firm's Real Estate group and focuses his practice on commercial transactional work. Cathy is a member of the firm's Appellate and Mediation practice groups. She began her career with Hawley Troxell in 1984 and became partner in 1988. From 1989 to 1990 she was Associate General Counsel of Morrison Knudsen. In 1990 Cathy was appointed by Governor Cecil D. Andrus as the first woman judge on the Idaho Court of Appeals. She was appointed in 1993 to the Idaho Supreme Court and became the Court's Vice-Chief Justice in 1997. She served on the Supreme Court until 2000, and in 2001 she resumed her partnership with Hawley Troxell. After serving as the Founding Dean of Concordia University School of Law, Idaho from 2008-2016, Cathy became Concordia University's Vice President of Community Engagement, and in 2017 returned to Hawley Troxell once again as Of Counsel.
Cathy has practiced law in California and Washington D.C., and was appointed an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. She also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Idaho.

Griffen received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in May 2022, where he attended as one of the school's Law Scholar recipients. As a J.D. candidate, Griffen was the Treasurer and Founding Member of the Real Estate Law Society, the Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and student member of the Chicago Bar Association. He gained valuable legal experience in a variety of practice areas, including business transactions and litigation as a Summer Associate in 2021. While in law school at the University of Idaho, College of Law, Hailee served as an Associate Editor and Chief Articles Editor for the Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal and externed with the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho with the Honorable Ronald E. Bush. Outside of school, Hailee volunteered with the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Street Law Clinic where she recognized her passion and enthusiasm for helping others.
