HCDP

We have been running for over 24 years and celebrated our silver anniversary in June 2008. The objective of the HCDP is to provide a means of consolidation and co-operation amongst both disabled and able-bodied people... Hull Council of Disabled People is a charity in Kingston Upon Hull. We try to aid disabled people in any way we can including benefits and welfare rights advice, gardening and decorating... Over the last few years we have developed our range of activities to include support for the training of disabled and vulnerable people on college & university placements in IT, skills development and administration. We are also providing placements for the volunteer option of the New Deal, Action for employment and Pathways to Work schemes giving both training and work experience.
