Don McGahee founded HPS in 2002 to provide group purchasing services and consulting for the clients of Medical Management Associates, a highly-regarded physician consulting firm. Before HPS, Don served as the chief sourcing officer for two Fortune 50 companies and provided consulting services to several large, multi-national clients.

Jeanna Terry joined the HPS family in March of 2012. Since then, she has worn many hats, all leading to her most current role of COO. No matter what role she plays, her primary goals have remained the same:
Build solid working relationships with our people and partners to share a unified approach in how we work towards member growth and success, and
Get to know the process and tools needed for people to do their job and keep looking for ways to redesign them to enhance the internal and external customer experience.
Prior to HPS, Jeanna spent 17 years working in both manufacturing and supply chain. Milliken Textiles, Lockheed Martin, Carmax Auto Finance, and Arby's Restaurant Group's Forecasting Division make the short list of companies she has had the pleasure of serving. From engineering to analysis to operations, Jeanna is a firm believer that every role has a level of problem solving, and if you are always striving to solve problems, the possibilities for success are endless.
Jeanna is a 1995 graduate of Southern Tech (now known as KSU School of Engineering). She currently resides in Smyrna, GA with her husband (Chris) and their two 'grown' children (John & Annabelle). When she's not working, Jeanna enjoys leading worship at her church, seeing the occasional Broadway musical, and spending time with family and friends.

Ken Stansberger joined HPS on January 1, 2023, filling the role of President & CEO. Ken comes to HPS from McKesson Medical Surgical, a long-time valued partner of HPS. When asked for his thoughts on joining HPS, Ken said "Don McGahee has built an amazing, unique company over the last twenty years, and I am humbled by his trust in me as a leader. I look forward to working with Don, Jeanna and all of the incredible employees in the HPS Family to deliver additional value for our members and industry partners."
During Ken's eighteen years with McKesson, his progressive career advancement included roles in sales, sales leadership, and national accounts. For the last six years, Ken served as the Field Vice President managing GPOs inclusive of the overall relationship with Premier for the medical surgical business unit at McKesson.
Ken is a 2000 graduate of Texas Christian University and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife (Amanda) and two daughters (Emily & Kenzie). In his free time, he enjoys attending TCU games, golfing, and spending time with his family.
