Hilside Bags is a woman-owned business and proud memeber of SFMade, a non-profit that supports local manufacturers... We want you to be happy with your Hilside Bags purchase! If you are, for any reason, unhappy with any item that you have purchased from Hilside Bags, you may exchange it to us within 14 days of receipt for an online store credit. We only accept exchanges for purchases from our online store or when purchased directly from hilside bags at a retail show. Products purchased through other Hilside Bags retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on any sale items, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition.
